More than a shop and almost a monument. I have known the 68 for almost thirty years and I have a nostalgic thought for the former eighteenth century boudoir and ladies' shop, but the world is changing and Guerlain is evolving. Fortunately, their fragrance to which I am most attached is still marketed. But only 4 stars because the range of baths and rechargeable formats are discontinued.
I'm sorry I can not name the dark-haired lady I meet almost every time, at least for the last ten years, and she's really charming.

Very nice place certainly, but for a House worthy of the name, to hire a person dedicated to the switchboard would not be luxury !! More than 15 unanswered calls, and I'm still waiting for a reminder!

Temple of perfume where it is possible to discover the full extent of the range in a wonderful setting. The saleswomen are there to advise you and find the product that will delight you.

A beautiful shop, however it is difficult to be taken seriously by the vendors .. It's a shame!

This was a very interesting store and the staff were quite nice. We went shopping here while we were in France and we were very satisfied with the quality of merchandise and the friendly staff. There were a great deal of perfumes here to select from within the store and the store was decorated beautifully for the summer!

It's a beautiful store with a large selection of Guerlain perfumes. However no one really tried to help or see what I wanted for a while. Finally I asked for help and the lady was quite happy to answer questions. For a top brand like Guerlain at their signature store I would have expected exceptional service too as I have seen with some other top perfume shops. Otherwise I love some if their perfume lines and always looking to get more! This store has a few unique perfumes only available here.

The way they display and let you experience are NOT touristy level! Not a beauty/ fashion lover but still had an enjoyable time in there!!

Very pleasant welcome to the store.
When we decided to have dinner, we were very badly received.
During the dinner the hostess was more interested in mimicking someone to one of her colleagues than in taking care of the customers and the tables.

Customer service absent ..... Too bad for this French brand.
Total lack of elegance, no sense of customer service and very low-end hospitality. The hostess does not have an acceptable attitude: after seeing an article elsewhere, I thought that buying it in THE store would be more symbolic. "The product no longer exists and here we are at the head office so believe me, whether you buy here or there we are aware of stocks". Suddenly the product was found and purchased at Store Lafayette.
