Customer service absent ..... Too bad for this French brand.
Total lack of elegance, no sense of customer service and very low-end hospitality. The hostess does not have an acceptable attitude: after seeing an article elsewhere, I thought that buying it in THE store would be more symbolic. "The product no longer exists and here we are at the head office so believe me, whether you buy here or there we are aware of stocks". Suddenly the product was found and purchased at Store Lafayette.
