Bonjour, je suis entree dans cette boutique cet apres midi, le dimanche 24 mars 2019 et une conseillere me demande si elle me peut me renseigner, je lui repond que non je regarde mais merci quand meme.
C est en me dirigeant vers la sortie que j entend cette conseillere dire au jeune homme qui travail aussi dans cette boutique qui accueil client a l entree du magasin:
-Tu vois c est des gens comme ca qui m enerves et pire au portes ouvertes
Je me retourne et la regarde et la elle a compris que je l avais bien entendu
Cela m a choquee ca veut dire quoi des gens comme ca?
Parce que je n ai rien achete?
Dommage du personnel comme ca fait une mauvaise image

I was there for a professional project as part of my studies and the reception was really warm and caring. The counselors were able to answer my questions, I had a wonderful visit and I even go to the institute. The young lady who greeted me was really smiling and looked more than happy in her job. I really wanted to try care and trend products! I would go back as a full consumer and why not in another professional project? I recommend !

Treat yourself to the incredible variety of the one and only perfumer who is not a fashion designer at the origin! Mythical bottles, essential fragrances, famous lines. The high quality of the products justifies the price. The staff is charming, dedicated and highly qualified, some should be labeled "nose"!

Excellent shop, very attentive personnel. Every scent is covered by the store. Impossible to walk out without a purchase. On the day I went they offered free engraving. Very satisfied with my purchase and the attention to detail.

Unclear who is working here and if you should wait in front of the counter or not. Apparantly it takes two people to help someone and 10 minutes debriefing together. I walled out without buying what I wanted

Splendid brand Guerlain store. They kept the original presentation it's beautiful. On the side of the store, you have a large presentation and sales area, and a high performing staff. You do not wait, we take care of you immediately, with kindness.

The wait was a little long because there was a seminar organized. The quality is in the appointment regarding the continental breakfast. The waiters are friendly, very patient and polite .. What is rare!

A classic fragrance whose fragrance evolves as time goes by, while initially it is very intense, as time goes by it becomes softer, sweeter, more pleasant. All this and much more is the mysterious Shalimar.

I did a facial. The welcome was very warm, the treatment was extremely relaxing and pleasant with a sensory journey around the smells of Guerlain products. At the end of the treatment the skin is plumped but the effect is not spectacular either. In addition, the products used contain some endocrine disruptors (which I discovered via the Yuka application) which I find unfortunate that is why I do not put 5 stars. But otherwise the care is very pleasant and beauticians have a real expertise.
