I prefer to give them zero star. They have an unreachable customer service. If you can reach them you would find them to be rude and they would not actually solve any problem. They block important news channels like NDTV INDIA (Hindi news) and NDTV 24x7 (ENGLISH) . They simply violate standard broadcasting norms.
