Travis was my installer and did a great job! He made sure I was happy as the customer and made sure that everything went where I wanted it to go. He was very respectful of my new home. And he cleaned up everything before he left. And GTEK is so much faster than the service we had previously. I can tell already I m going to love it!

I'm giving Gtek three stars is for the three months of service we actually recieved fast, reliable internet services, and their customer service team is exceptional (however you will be on hold forever). We have been with Gtek for about 2.5 years. Worked great the first couple months, unforunately after, it stopped. Therefore, we updated our package (paying $60+/month) and it still did not perform well. We'd have technicians come out and call occassionally before we finally had to give up. I am a firm believer in supporting a local business, so we stayed with Gtek and upgraded even after we had other service options in our area and outstanded our two year contract. Because we recieved no improvement, we unfortunatley had to cancel our services. I will say that customer service over the phone has always been helpful, we just did not recieve the internet services we were paying for and another service provider offered us more for less.

I just had internet service installed at my home and the technician, Javier Cano, was so professional and thoughtful of my wants for placement of the small satellite device needed for service. He was very knowledgeable of the product and made me feel comfortable in my choice to go with GTEK as my home internet service provider. I look forward to being a long time customer.

On 6-10-20, the installer Robert Gonzales was very courteous, professional and explained all he was going to do and always asked if we had any questions. Gave us options how to place outside dish and best place for router inside our home. He made sure that we understood our new internet system. He connected all the devices that needed internet access before leaving our home! Best first experience with GTEK; hope it continues as we are new customers! Thank you, Robert!

I loved Gtek. I own a condo that I rent out and gtek made my condo rent-able by offering internet at a real bargain price ($16.99). Everyone wants to have internet on their vacations and those without, get bad reviews.

I had no choice in my complex's decision to change to another provider but it is better for the complex that now everyone will have internet paid for by HOA dues.

Every person at gtek from customer service to tech support was great. The last person was Rene and she was equally as great.

The installers were very friendly and professional. So far, so good on the internet connection.....works great!

I have tried to get internet at my location with a few other internet providers and they would come out and tell me it couldn't be done not too mention their prices for such little and slow MB/s speeds. I found GTek and they came out and were able to not just get me internet but better internet service with download speeds. The Techs Javier and Leo were friendly and professional and informative throughout the set-up and installation.

They removed equipment and left holes in the roof re install equipment in another position removed and left holes again . It is a rental house and the first time never got permission then removed and reinstalled two more times after i called and said please leave it up to much damage being done with up and down with each tenant and now i need service again and it won't be from gtech.

They contacted me from my review and are working to make sure this doesn't happen again. Good effort on customer service.

Javier Cano was fast and knew exactly what he was doing. He told us both ways to use our internet with either using wifi or the cord to give us better connection. So yeah he was very knowledgeable. We are very pleased with Gtek. Off to a great start

Worst isp to date. I pay for double to triple the speed Im getting. They do not accept that their service is terrible and attempts to pass it off as customer's equipment ie. love to say it's your router ,as in last time the tech was here .They then want to charge you for a service call, when the entire time it's something on their side. They have their equipment trying to go past the range intended for I believe and I suspect it's a issue. I know of 5 people on Gtek..Four of us are waiting on new provider to come to the area. Ps. I used to post my my multiple bad speed on their facebook page but I have since been blocked from doing so. Least here they will get a honest post..

Customer service has been OK, but internet service is horrible. Guaranteed speeds are not even close to advertised and latency is extremely high. I've opened a ticket and technician can't service onsite more than a week out. A lot of opportunity for improvement. I hadn't heard great things about Gtek so I'm surprised to see all the stellar reviews on google.

We will be switching as soon as my contact is up, to much money for a 13x3 service. Disappointed but my phone hotspot works much better.

Robert was amazing! He was fast and was considerate of my time schedule. Installed my internet and explained everything to me. I was able to finally get internet at my home. Also, thank you guys for coming a day earlier and offering me that time spot, my anticipation was killing me! Great customer service!

Service Tech was very personable. Went over every task before it was preformed. After all was completed, explained how the system worked, billing and pass codes. When he was getting ready to leave, family showed up and he took the time to explain pass codes, speeds all over again and made sure everyone was connected.

Gtek was such an amazing company. They constantly were making sure our service was working well and anytime there was a problem, they fixed it immediately. After an initial scheduling issue, the company was able to get to me within a day of the original schedule and waived the installation fee due to the issue being theirs. The installers called with updates on their arrival time and were polite and knowledgeable.

Technicians were very polite and informative with great manners in respecting my home. Would highly recommend Gtek. Customer service was a great experience.
