I found myself having to change ownership of a plant. I do not discuss the kindness of telephone operators but assistance is absolutely absent. I was sent the manual and was told, between the lines, to "get by". Therefore I took the manual with its 168 pages and tried to reach a conclusion by using all my available time. But the "insult" comes after a couple of months: TOT charge for transfer ownership. So after having done all the transfer procedures in person without any help, I find myself even paying ?! I have no words!
