Had someone from All Seasons come out to the house to take a look at our property. He said I would have a proposal in a few days. That was over a week ago. Still no proposal or anything back from them, even after I have called to check in. Anyone know a reliable landscaping company who actually wants some business?

Horrible experience!! No communication, unprofessional, and most importantly the inability to manage a project by Brian. Lack of communication from when they would start the project ( I get it, depends on weather) after wondering for 3 weeks with no updates. Unprofessional due to not showing up on time and throwing cigarette butts in the yard, including Brian, to name a couple examples. Lastly, Brian the person they put in charge of the project had no idea what he was doing and had to be hand held to ensure all got done. Examples are from thinking he could have 2 guys to remove grass/weeds and to grade an area with 2 shovels was completely insane! I had to mandate the use of machinery to complete that part of the project. Irrigation was suppose to be completed for $300 and I had to call Brian back because he stated they completed the job but forgot to perform this task which was on the quote. Charged me $250 for metal edging but only did 8 ft of 30 ft needed. Brian s boss called me to take away the $300 for irrigation and apologize but the damage was done. I just cut my losses with this place and hired another company to come in and fix the project.I will not even buy my plants and trees from them moving forward . So disappointing !!
Such a tropical feeling when you visit All Seasons Landscaping. Huge variety of lush, green foliage and beautiful annuals and perennials. Purchased a nice Christmas palm a few weeks ago and have to say it is still thriving. A must garden go to place!!
Unreliable! I had a scheduled appt with "the owner" of the company to come out and give me an estimate and he just plum never showed. I called 2 hours after he was supposed to arrive and they told me something had come up and he couldn't make it. Why did I have to call them to be told this? Talk about a lack of respect for someone else's time. At a family members urging to not be so quick to judge I stupidly gave them another chance and they followed through on landscaping a small section of my yard. Problem was, the guy never measured and significantly underquoted how many plants I would actually need to fill the space. The day of the installation no one from management showed up to space the plants just the crew. When they set out the plants they looked confused as to why there weren't more plants. I told them to go get the appropriate amount and I would just pay the difference. Later in the day the owner angrily called me back and wanted to charge me for their time to and from the nursery as well. THIS WAS NOT MY MISTAKE. This company embodies complete unprofessionalism. I later found Joe Palmer who did a phenomenal job landscaping my entire yard. A word of caution - do not use these people but in the desperate situation that you do - if you get a red flag, do not stupidly give them a 2nd chance like I did.
Great selection and prices! Passed here on the way to the beach one day and so happy we pulled in!
A very inviting crushed shell parking lot opens up to tons of plants! Great variety, including things you don't see at the local Lowe's or Home Depot. I got a gorgeous Golden Elephant Ear I'd never seen before, healthy foxtail ferns and some croton varietals I'd never seen in the big box stores.
My plants took right away and are doing great! Syd is knowledgeable and will help when asked. She's a little eccentric, but what totally passionate plant person isn't? Healthy, happy, diverse assortment of plants. We live in Tampa but we'll be back!
Really nice place I bought a sweetheart Hoya about 5 months ago and it has tripled in size it's really really nice place I got a marginata for twenty bucks I feel like a thief very nice place thank you
Bad Service. Missed dates. Has not put weed killer as needed in months. No customer service skills. They held me to the contract even when they were in breach of contract. Did not renew contract and this company is not worth the one star I had to give it to get this review posted.
I called this business and was told they carried Milorganite in the same large bag as the Home Depot. Home Depot normally charges about $14 but ran out as the summer fertilizer cutoff day approached in about a week. I understand that a small Nursery has to sell for a higher price as their per item costs are higher but the lady behind the counter told me their price was $30. She claimed the owner dictated the price after looking it up. I see this as price gouging. I promptly left in disgust and went around the corner and purchased the same bag from Jene's Tropical for $18 (I felt a fair price). Let the buyer beware when they enter this business.
Thank you All Seasons for turning my desolate dirt pit of despair into a beautiful tropical oasis!! Your prices were very fair & Cameron, the project manager, was SO helpful with advice & making sure that everything was being done exactly how I was picturing it. I just love, love, LOVE my new yard!!!
Great plan for front yard! They pulled in a large crew and delivered a whole new look in three days. It has been a month and everything is thriving beautifully. Very satisfied customer!
If you're stopping by for a plant or two, this nursery is fine. But I wanted to landscape my front and backyard (trees, plants, sod and irrigation) and my experience was disappointing.
It took almost a week to get a return call from the gentleman who does the estimates. After another week or so, he finally came out and took some measurements. Several weeks later, after many promises of an email, I finally got my estimate. It was almost $2000 more for irrigation and sod then any of the other estimates I had received by that time. Also, there was no detail in the proposal, making it difficult to ascertain the scope of the work. Needless to say, I went with a different company.
Scheduled an appointment for an estimate on some work a few weeks out, so took off work to meet with them at 10. Called at 9:30 to say they couldn't make it. Rescheduled for a week later, and they didn't show up or call. Left a message, and got no response. Really unprofessional. Don't bother with these folks.
We have been going to Lowe's to get plants for our new home near Treasure Island. One day while passing this nursery we noticed a sign that it was Veteran owned and operated. When we were in need of some advice and additional plants I told my husband we should go here to support a local business (conveniently right down the street!).
After showing a woman there (didn't get her name) a picture of our yard project and asking for advice, she pointed out some great options.
There was one plant in particular that I wanted, but I wanted it to already be somewhat grown and have some good height to it and the ones she had did not. I mentioned we would buy a couple of small ones from her and get the larger one I had seen at Lowe's.
Then, she had an idea. She had us follow her around the side of the building to where their business is nicely landscaped. And there were a few already grown plants like what I wanted. She pulled the plant I wanted right out of their landscaping so I did not have to go to Lowe's!
THIS is small business customer service. So happy with our purchases! We will definitely remain repeat customers!
Better prices, product and service than the big box stores. extremely knowledgeable and friendly for those like me that are new to DIY landscaping around the house. Lastly I have to mention the lady remembered my wife a week after our first visit and recalled she was back for more of the same plants. Above and beyond customer service. Purchased 3 weekends in a row.
This company left my yard a wreck and didn't care, and kept going...and even after I called and asked them to come back and fix the holes they left in the yard.. they never called back and blew me off when i sent pics of the yard via email. Their customer service was horrible and sarcastic.
All Season's Landscaping is a member AND our grounds maintenance company We're very pleased with the quality of their work, and the professionalism of the staff.
Hired them to take care of my yard for the summer. Never again! Did a horrible job. Scalped my grass, allowed the ivy to grow up the front of my house after I met with the guy who would be doing the job and specifically pointed out not to let it grow up the house. I have pressured washed house in attempt to remove the tiny feet from the ivy growing up the house. No luck. Need to repaint. They cut my hedge and left all the clippings on the hedge which died and turned brown. They failed to cut the bushes along the house which grew up into the gutters and soffit. They blew all the leaves and debris up under my bushes in front yard and left it. The kid that showed up after I complained said they had fired the guy I had talked to in the beginning of summer and he was trying to catch on his work after 2 months. Guess I was supposed to be clairvoyant and know that a new kid was taking care of my yard and didn't know what I expected. So, my neighbor tells me my yard looked horrible all summer. They Scalped my grass and then left each visit. I paid $150 a month and got 1 visit for the month of November where the kid attempted to catch up on all he failed to do all summer. Have not heard a word from company. Horrible job, definitely DON'T RECOMMEND using this company for yard care!
If I'm searching for something special, I go there first!! Nice selection of plants, and if they don't have it, they will try to find it for you. Prices are much better than Home Depot and most other garden centers. Very knowledgeable staff willing to help with your gardening problems.
