The website and google maps listing do not show current operating hours. I was able to reserve an appointment, make a payment, and went to the business at the scheduled time. I found out the business was closed when I got to the appointment and found the gate locked.
Keeping accurate hours of operation is critical to happy customers, especially during COVID. I should never have been able to schedule an appointment in the first place.
This was my third time going to a Cryo Therapy Session. It was the closest to my house and so I chose this location. I originally set the appointment time for the last time slot on a Saturday. I got things done and so I thought maybe instead of going a bit earlier so they could get off earlier and enjoy their weekend. I went around 5:30 and signed the waiver and was guided to the changing room. Then I found my way to the Cryo room and was instructed to put on some slippers. The slippers were old and worn down. I pay attention to these details and the least you can do is replace them when it has rips. Thats just me. Anyways, i was trying to explain my prior cryo experience and wanted to let them know what I had in mind in terms of temperature. It seemed they were in a hurry and before I could even finish, I was directed to enter the chamber. I didnt receive any information as to when it was starting and any other conversation through the process. Next thing you know I have 30 seconds left and it was done. They usually check your skin temperature but none of that. Just a "Thank you" and done. If that is the way they run, thats fine. It was just that in my previous experience, it was very informative and actually felt like I received a service/treatment as opposed to just being herded through the process.
The staff was very nice and very helpful. I felt so good after doing the whole body and facial. My muscle soreness went away and my face felt so tight and smooth!
I spoke with Paul over the phone and he was very sweet and helpful. I felt a difference from just one appointment and can t wait to go back!!! Wish I could go everyday!
I've been doing the monthly unlimited at cryosf and it's been amazing there. The attendant, Kyle, who works there during weekday mornings and hands down the best person ever. Afag who is the owner is really nice and they both do a very good job getting me through my daily chryotherapy sessions. I would highly recommend trying cryotherapy at CryoSF!
I did cryotherapy for the first time a few days ago and it was amazing. The machine that they have for cryotherapy was so cool. My favorite part was that they play whatever music video you want while you're in the cryotherapy chamber and that makes the time go by so much quicker
I am a cryo convert! Afa is incredibly knowledgeable, explains the process thoroughly, and creates a mellow environment to recharge. She has implemented great COVID-conscientious procedures so I feel comfortable coming in. Thanks Afa!
As a professional athlete, my livelihood depends on my physical ability. If I m broken, no paycheck! Cryotherapy is an essential part of my recovery regime and the staff at Cryo SF was not only super friendly, but they re full body Cryo sessions and Cryo facials made a HUGE impact on my recovery and skin! I can t recommend them enough!!

Loved our experience at CryoSF. We tried both the cryo chamber and the infrared sauna (Sunlighten sauna) and both were amazing! These treatments were wonderful for restoring my energy and giving me the best night's sleep.
Afag (the owner) is such a pleasure to work with and her facility is pristine, especially now during COVID. You will feel well taken care of.
I come here weekly to do the local cryo session on my back and it completely makes all the pain go away. I no longer have to see my chiropractor anymore because of cryotherapy
