Reviewed modified GS1 customer service suite, the file was finally taken care of and the customer service kindly apologized. Everything is back in order, I hope they can improve in the follow-up client file in the future.

Previous notice: several months that I made a request to the customer service. No response from them despite numerous reminders by email and phone. For an institution it is very regrettable
