Recently hosted or Corporate event here.. AC in the basement hall is not good.. Even poor mobile signal for Vodafone and airtel...

Limited wifi access for the event which they charge Rs.1000 per device. Atleast they should give a complimentary wifi for a single device since we have booked the event for 50+ attendees with dinner...

Wonderful experience in the hotel. All staffs are friendly and cooperative.

Ah-muh-zing!!!!! The sheer ethereal vibe you get when you enter the premise is unmatched. As we were in for just 5 hours (post midnight)) due to delay in connecting flights, we could hardly enjoy other amenities. Ours was a superior deluxe room: it was spacious, had a bathtub and above all it had an amazing massage chair. I and my husband took full advantage of it and almost slept on the chair after a relaxing massage session. Sorry we were too tired to take pictures and so have none.

Apparently Kebab factory lunch was below expectations..Good Ambience and staff.Food needs radical improvement in taste,quality and feel of freshness.Avoidable on Weekdays???

Its a mix of ala carte/ buffet.. most of the starters will be served based on order.. main course..wide range of desserts and juices are available in buffet. Customer service was good especially from Mr.Sathish (Sr.Supervisor of F/B). Value for Money.. Give a try

Poor. Had a bad experience with their staff. Reservation team don't have any idea how to deal with guests or potential guests. I think they need to learn from Trident, which we switched to due to lack of customized service which is important in hospitality.

Salt is the bar here... they serve only diluted drinks...But food is good...

Near the airport with very clean comfortable rooms. The room highlight being a massage chair that takes away the day's tiredness.Was also given some free drink vouchers and dinner discounts .Great value for money

They refuse to let visitors in. Since when did this become a rule?

Excellent space for a lazy Sunday chat at the coffee shop.. ample parking spaces.. filter coffee and hot chocolate are the finest in town..a bit noisy though.. just right for lounge talk..

This is for the The great kabab factory.. we went for team lunch few weeks back. The service was very slow and the waiter refused to serve extra grilled pineapples for non veg persons. I dunno why they mention it has unlimited buffet and restrict veg starters for non veg people.

Kebab factory stands to be one of the best restaurants in the city. For some reason though, not as many people go there as they used to before. This could probably be because of it being on a highway and the government banning alcohol on restaurants on highways. The food is absolutely fantastic though. Best food ever.

Went to eat from office, didn't like the ambience or the food.

Authentic food. Anglo-Indian cuisine was a hit. Unique food for every palate.

Costly place. Food is costly and worth nothing. The hotel people are so kind. And the waiters are so lively, sensible and talk politely. Good location.

It's a cozy and beautiful place and would recommend anyone to stay in the hotel

courteous staff ..best hospitality with innovative gestures from staff..great food and closest hotel to airport .swimming pool is 24hr open .
