Had been there to send off 1 of my friends as a group of 3. The ambience is awesome. We do get the space to sit beside and have a chat especially when sending off someone for abroad. Ample parking available. The food is ok though pricey as expected in 5-star hotels. For example, pizza is Rs 645, soup around Rs 280 etc.. But, a good place to relax, chill and have a chit-chat closer to the airport.

Simple dishes with less varieties in a buffet.. that too buffet is being served on table with few options..

Nice place to catch up for casual lunch or dinner. Salt has this new renovated ambience which looks good. I had been there for lunch and to our surprise there were several entertaining activities like dance n magic show organized similar to bbq. Food was good but a lil pricey. Service was just ok as we had to reach out to people several while there are mostly available in most of the star hotels

This place was decorated really well and service was good! But, food wasn't up to the level and very less varieties. One thing I liked about this place is the way we were treated by staff and it's ambience!

Very nice hotel! I loved it was great. Very good meal in the evening. I enjoyed breakfast a little less (but in India it is difficult for French people). The service was golden. The bedding is excellent. Great location near Chennai Airport. The plus: they distribute a product everywhere to hunt mosquitoes in addition to air conditioning.

We stopped for quick food and tried the kabab platter. Lamb and chicken was really good. We also tried the fish which also taste awesome. Ambience of hotel was very good.

A good upper middle budget hotel where u get everything in classy

It is a 5-star hotel but 4-star. Very loaded and with attention to detail but slightly with antique design (although they have invested in home automation). Exceptional staff and great food and service. Pool slightly small than expected but very decent for privacy.

The event area was well decorated with good support staff. Location is ideal for event where you are expecting visitors from out of City. Food was average which led to loss of one star.

Attending a training session here @ Royal summit hall. Atmosphere was good and buffet was also good.

The Kebab Factory is a must go. It's the best buffet in town. Has the same high quality and standard of food and service since it's inception.

The service is very poor. The person serving does not seem to be skilled. Minimum learning and ability to understand English is a must. The property is good. Good food and taste. Very poor North Indian cuisine, chef should review menu and give more information for foreign guest to understand better.

They charged extra amount and they treated me poor ....it's completely unworthy for my money .......

I haven't actually stayed at this hotel. I have just gone twice ti the place for attending seminars at their Royalty hall. Its quite a good place as the brand itself tells the greatness! It is good overall!

It's having all the accessibility bcz local train airport and metro is jst in half a km in between. It has got good atmosphere. Green evniromennt.peaceful climate. They do there service according to our needs with respect.

Staffs in booking desk are not kind to the clients over phone, they are rude and careless.

It was a pleasant surprise for me to meet one texhnology supplier at Radisson and the ambience actually enhanced the conversation. The people were very courteous and made me relaxed. The original plan was to have a discussion for 30 minutes but it extended over 2hrs. Thank you Radisson

Visited Kabab factory. Disappointed with food. Service is also average. The place was much better 2 yrs back

Nice place to crash in if you can afford it. Near the airport . Food is great but only on the non vegetarian dishes. Vegetarian dishes needs to be improved .

After a full month in India, sightseeing and back to back meetings, the idea of sitting by the pool for the day before my return flight to Australia sounded very appealing.
Booked the room on my phone while awaiting my luggage, called and ordered the complimentary shuttle.
After some initial difficulty finding the driver, we were whisked to the hotel quickly thereafter.
Friendly staff all round, good food and nice clean pool. Yes there s airport noise but it is an airport hotel.
