I discovered Grove through a great friend and I fell in love with the concept. They have great products some of which we know such as Mrs. Meyers, Method, seventh Generation and so much more. The Grove products are honestly the better option being that they use less chemicals and are far more sustainable. For sprays they provide reusable glass spray bottles and all you have to do is add the concentrate and bam you re good! Shake it before use and the mixture is activated. It s just such a great company. I recently had a product call with them and I learned sooooo much! Plus you can get nest gifts! Honestly a great concept this company has come up with and a great outcome is in their future! Thank you so much Grove for being an Eco Warrior and doing what you can to help combat those who destroy our environment and planet!

I absolutely LOVE the Grove products I have tried thus far! I am still patiently waiting for Grove to bring back the Cherry Blossom side sink tray that peaked my interest at first!!!!!! I am in love with the hydration supplement that includes Elderberry! It helps me get through my workday as an essential hospital employee! I am enjoying the essential oils too! And love that this company is moving beyond plastic

I can t get your website to open !! I click on your sss as sales on the email but it just says grove and nothing opens ... but I would live to buy some things ! Great product !!!

Love GROVE and you need More of gilded balsam birch!!! Hand soap is Always on out! I keep the countertop cleaner and soap with lotion always on my counters. Frustrating not to get handsoap when needed. I love all their products and bundles. Recommend to my friends and family always!!!!

Scam company, misleading about what you have signed up for, charged for items, hard to cancel, still have not received my refund, terrible customer service.

We have used GC for about a year now and although the products are great for the most part, the company has deceived us many times.

They provide a lot of "free" items, but it is not really the case. Even when the items are added to your cart and say free in your cart, we have experienced more than once where the item is either not sent to us or the item is charged after after reviewing the total amount. We end up seeing the extra charge in the email, but not when we review before paying.

The customer service is at least good at responding, but the fact that this has happened multiple times is really fraudulent.

Do not recommend grove branded products. The quality is poor resulting in stuff ending up in the trash which they allegedly are trying to prevent. Disappointed!

Just got my first order and it is amazing! Great quality and lots of freebies too! Everything is earth friendly and shipping was super fast!! It s a subscription but you can cancel at any time. No minimum commitment.

I sincerely hope that whoever decides to do business with this company will read these reviews first!

I do not recommend this business to anyone due to using customer's credit card or method of payment without authorization under the excuse of being a "recurring service".

I made a purchase ONE time from a package offer from moving to a new home and cancelled any VIP/subscription service on December the 28th after contacting them.

On January the 8th they charged me $52 and sent me an order that I NEVER authorized. Had I not received an email from my financial institution about the charge, I wouldn t even know until I got the box. Even after contacting them immediately they still shipped the package to me 3 days later!

When contacting them they said they saw I had cancelled VIP but did not cancel the recurring orders or subscriptions when I do not have any subscription (see photos) and I am not signed up for ANY service! Very dishonest, unethical and shady and it s not worth doing business with this kind of company who have absolutely no respect for customers.

I have asked them to remove my data from their system and they have not done so either.

I have also sent back the package they sent me and I m yet to receive my refund!

I love their products and their customer service has been phenomenal!!
