I sincerely hope that whoever decides to do business with this company will read these reviews first!

I do not recommend this business to anyone due to using customer's credit card or method of payment without authorization under the excuse of being a "recurring service".

I made a purchase ONE time from a package offer from moving to a new home and cancelled any VIP/subscription service on December the 28th after contacting them.

On January the 8th they charged me $52 and sent me an order that I NEVER authorized. Had I not received an email from my financial institution about the charge, I wouldn t even know until I got the box. Even after contacting them immediately they still shipped the package to me 3 days later!

When contacting them they said they saw I had cancelled VIP but did not cancel the recurring orders or subscriptions when I do not have any subscription (see photos) and I am not signed up for ANY service! Very dishonest, unethical and shady and it s not worth doing business with this kind of company who have absolutely no respect for customers.

I have asked them to remove my data from their system and they have not done so either.

I have also sent back the package they sent me and I m yet to receive my refund!
