We have used GC for about a year now and although the products are great for the most part, the company has deceived us many times.

They provide a lot of "free" items, but it is not really the case. Even when the items are added to your cart and say free in your cart, we have experienced more than once where the item is either not sent to us or the item is charged after after reviewing the total amount. We end up seeing the extra charge in the email, but not when we review before paying.

The customer service is at least good at responding, but the fact that this has happened multiple times is really fraudulent.
