Avoid them like truly zero gangrene. They have no respect for the customer. One wonders how they exist. They simply abandoned the signature checks and let pass a scam of 300 euros and pushes the blame on the customer. They no longer verify signatures and use the SEPA law of 2014 to twist their thumbs. Their agent clearly answered me the Sepa law does not oblige us to verify the signatures and we even have a copy of your deposit contract which must be in the archives somewhere so yes in this case the signature on the direct debit can be fraudulent, and any hacker can siphon the account while the SEPA director New Tolbiac drinks his 5th coffee cream!

July 3, 2020: a development that confirms their incompetence and relentless logic: It has been two months since May 2020 that the savings bank has been trying in an illogical way to blame us for following up on a fraudulent direct debit mandate used by hackers to steal from my checking account.

I sent a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt in May, but the SEPA director is still unable to prove my signature in the savings bank files, nor to find any trace of my account opening contract which has my original signature and continues at all costs to blame the fault on us without verifying the signature on this same fraudulent statement to save his career in the face of his total incompetence.

In addition, another answer which lacks rigor is the argument of my agency adviser who had also replied that the SEPA law of August 2014 no longer required signature verification.

So the savings bank now suggests that they are required to verify the signatures / identities of their customers but at the same time they cannot even find my signature or find the account opening contract.

This information can also be used to show the lack of logic and rigor of the savings bank's responses to the Tribunal. The fraudulent mandate does not have my signature, they have breached their internal control obligations and I am still waiting for them to prove my signature by sending me a copy of my opening account which has my original signature.

They are now harassing me when trying to summon me to an agency to supposedly apply new signature verification laws, so stay on the subject in question: a complaint recommends it with AR which is two months old!

This case has also been in mediation for 15 days and their mediator has not shown any signs of life for 15 days, indicating their complete indifference and inhuman and disdainful treatment of their clients.

A catastrophe has all levels, a simple shame, these people only let me lose one thing so much they are incompetent!
I would spend multiple interferences and their negligence but that doubt of my mouth open, no thank you.

The Bercy savings bank is simply the worst bank I have ever seen!

A disaster. I've been trying to call them since this morning. After a few rings we pick up but invariably they put me back on hold. Suddenly 30 minutes I'm almost two hours without them deigning to pick up. And to say that these people don't know how until 10:30 to answer us. This is to tell you the level where they place customer satisfaction ....
To flee !!!!

The bank of outright theft, unable to save you money or even give advice worthy of the name.
Despite a perpetual change of management, this indebted bank outdoes itself in mediocrity.
For proof, jealousy and probably arrogance, pushed the director of this bank to steal directly from her customers, under cover of being saying account closure.
Basically I left around 80 euros to see and demonstrate to my international entourage, the level of uselessness and mediocrity of these collaborators.
Like few French banks, this bank invoices you for services without any supporting documents.
blocks your card so that you can enter money when you have no possibility of recovering your card and then indicates orally, without any document or email, that my account is closed.
Fortunately for me, I film and record everything and always!
French flee this bank of misery and theft!
You have the possibility of doing business with a real banker outside of France, save your money!
In Russia and Germany, banks are worthy of the name!

A lamentable welcome! Incompetent! Incapable people who commit criminal acts on the accounts of their customers!
The Head of the Customer Relations Department committed fraud of 80,000 euros on my customer account ... And called the police to force me to sign a document covering his offense. I refused! The CEIDF Executive Board will be seized! a complaint for fraud and scam filed! the judicial authority seized from MONDAY morning and the case made public !!

I sent a mail, no answer.
I try to reach them by phone no answer.
Is a ghost agency, yet it backed the headquarters of the CE Ile de France! Beautiful and bright building !!!
And after, we are surprised that customers leave for banks online!

Ineligible! It's been almost 6 months since I applied for a student loan. After a month without answers, we get back in touch with the bank and learn that the adviser in charge was no longer there, and that we had to request a file again. Same story, a month later, no news, the procedure has not advanced, and it is yet another counselor who will come to take care of me. And like never 2 without 3, rebelote, we must redo a file, but this time, it is not going too badly, we are told that it is progressing, that it could be unlocked at the end of June at the beginning of July, so we call at the beginning of July to have news on the progress of the loan, and guess what? no procedure has been started, and a new file must be returned, with the promise that everything will be launched immediately. Scandal.

To avoid absolutely! Customer service is clearly not up to the task. No response to my emails by my advisor who is yet the agency manager. It's been months since I tried to close my accounts, with almost 10 unanswered emails. No responsiveness even when dealing with urgent matters.

TO FLEE!!!!! The quality of service has deteriorated significantly in recent years. The counselor (who is however the director of agency) is unreachable (neither by email, nor by phone, nor by the messaging of the website) and gives no news.
Beware of the shares they will inevitably "propose" (they present it rather as a mandatory step when it is not at all) and can not be resold only once a year at the GA ... A good excuse not to close your accounts when you want .. It's been over a year that I ask that mine be resold but despite reminders the advisor is still not busy. ....

I am not used to giving negative opinions but I cannot do otherwise. The team working in this establishment is negligent in their work. And reading the previous opinions, it reassures me ... I have not become a daredevil.

Run away! This establishment is a disgrace!

Run away! This establishment is a disgrace!
You should be able to put 0 stars to this agency.
It has now been over a year since I sent my advisor (who has already changed several times in the meantime), the agency and even customer service, concerning major management errors (which generated costs that I would not have never had to pay!), and everything went unanswered! Dozens of emails, registered letters with acknowledgments of receipt received (as well as confirmation of receipt emails that were sent to me), telephone conversations with advisers and even the agency manager turned out to be unsuccessful.
Only result for the moment, hours of waiting on the phone, sighs and even sometimes conversations that turn to disrespect, emails without replies after months ...
This agency is the only one where my advisers do not connect to the telephone appointment fixed and confirmed beforehand.
SHORT A SHAME!

To flee ! Null and non-existent customer service. I have been asking in vain for 2 months to close my checking account, I have no answer. This is the ostrich policy. The client advisor is incompetent, I have rarely seen this. We reach new heights.
To close a livret A, I am asked for a pay slip ..... We believe we are dreaming!
Above all, go your way quickly!

Too bad we have to put at least one star because this agency does not deserve it. Very bad customer service, except maybe the lady at the reception who, when we manage to reach her, is rather pleasant. However, the advisers are another story. No follow-up, we promise things, however basic, that we never do, and we lose clients' papers ... Flee!
