Too bad we have to put at least one star because this agency does not deserve it. Very bad customer service, except maybe the lady at the reception who, when we manage to reach her, is rather pleasant. However, the advisers are another story. No follow-up, we promise things, however basic, that we never do, and we lose clients' papers ... Flee!
