It's been 2 months since I tried to close my account at the CE IDF, I sent an email to my advisor, no answer.
I sent a mail, no answer.
I try to reach them by phone no answer.
Is a ghost agency, yet it backed the headquarters of the CE Ile de France! Beautiful and bright building !!!
And after, we are surprised that customers leave for banks online!
