Today contacted the people of Auto Nation Antwerp ...

Today contacted the people of Auto Nation Antwerp for a viewing of a VW California beach. I got on the line an unfriendly person "Anthony" who put me off saying that he didn't have one inside. When I contacted the other Auto Natie branches myself, they always referred me to the branch in Antwerp.
Again there Anthony on the line who put me off again. When I still kindly asked him where I should go to view a car, he simply replied '' I just told you that I cannot help you ''. While he could, for example, put me through to headquarters in Kortenberg or at least give me an email address. Not so.
Apparently they don't need new customers there.
