I seriously love this place. I drive all the way to this store instead of going to stores closer to my home. The employees, especially Mel are extremely helpful and kind. A breath of fresh air!

I like the quality of the products here. Staff are very knowledgeable. Occasionally, I will find a product online what shows as available at this store, only to go to the store and find out they don't carry it. Good local business, but there is a disconnect with the online website and the on site inventory some times.

They're always friendly and helpful directing you in the right direction for what you need and they have a licensing department there convenient

I highly recommend this store! For one my awesome amazing Dad works here and is very nice helpful and knows most of the departments and will go the lengths to help each customer leave satisfied!! The other employees are just as amazing and everyone knows their job and works very hard I've never left unhappy!! They have great supplies and clothing as well!

Had keys made. Very good prices. No issues with the keys! Great customer service.

I needed a specific item to mount a seat in a racecar. I had very little room to work with and needed a specific size and length and then low and behold the item was found at Griggs Ace Hardware. Another nice feature was the location of the store itself. It is really nice when you can locate items within such a close proximity (2 mile) of my home and at a fair price.

I used to love coming to ace because of the friendly service and helpful staff. However this new evening work crew no where near what they have been in the past. None of the kids will ask if you need help, they will walk right by and ignore you, and the guys in the gun department have been especially rude to my wife on multiple occasions now. Im sorry to say i will be driving to kennewick from now on to shop Lowes.

I buy all my hardware needs at this ACE HARDWARE. They have great employees that are helpful, knowledgeable. If they don't have what I need or out of stock they order it for me. Never takes more than a couple of days. They value my patronage and I enjoy shopping there.

Earlier this week, I was extremely concerned about the amount of workers they had on the floor because I only saw two girls working the hardware section. While it was only them I rate this place a 5 star because of their excellent customer service. I can t remember their names but their work ethic truly defined what teamwork looks like. They were polite and greeted everyone and helped all of my shopping needs. For managing the hardware area all by themselves, I hope their work ethics does not go unrecognized !
