I used to love coming to ace because of the friendly service and helpful staff. However this new evening work crew no where near what they have been in the past. None of the kids will ask if you need help, they will walk right by and ignore you, and the guys in the gun department have been especially rude to my wife on multiple occasions now. Im sorry to say i will be driving to kennewick from now on to shop Lowes.
