I thought Molly was the best service representativ...

I thought Molly was the best service representative we've had since we bought our Equinox at Gregg Young. We had a low tire warning and when I checked the air in that tire, it was okay. After taking the vehicle to Gregg Young, Molly let me know that it was actually a different tire than was indicated. She let me know that the Tire Pressure warning must not have been reprogrammed from the last time I was in there. She and the technician got the problem isolated let me know what needed to be done. She let me know that the extended warranty, that we purchased from Gregg Young, covered the cost. She also let me know that the Tire Pressure indicator was reprogrammed for future issues. We had the same issue with a different tire and were not treated as well and as professionally as we were with Molly.

Had a very good experience at Gregg Young! Worked with a gentleman named Mike (they called him Q). He was so helpful on getting our payment to where we wanted it to be. I began with inquiring about a vehicle online (I knew exactly what I wanted) and he not only emailed me back but he also called and sent me a text message. I work on a sales office and to contact me in all ways possible was impressive. I ended up purchasing our new family vehicle and we are all satisfied! Super nice guy and was very nice to my kids.

I bought my car at Sid Dillon. I was overdue for my oil change and trying calling Sid Dillon's Fremont location to set up an appointment. I called around 9:30AM and long story short, there was no one available to help me set up an appointment and I was told to call back later.
I called Greg Young since they are closer to my home. They informed me I could bring it anytime and where to go.
The girl that helped me was very nice, helpful, and efficient. It was refreshing to see a female service writer.
Overall, it was an excellent experience and I plan on using Greg Young from now on since I felt like a priority instead of feeling like they were too busy to help me.

I have been a huge fan of Gregg Young and the service center since I bought my Equinox in 2013 and my husband bought a truck in 2018. Both of which were brand new vehicles so they made some money from us. However the last two times I've had my Equinox in for the oil change I have felt like the service center has declined in customer service. Since they expect them to sale you things and get paid off commission they don't keep anyone very long. This last time I was in (05/18) I asked them to check my transmission as it seems to be acting up. They said they can't test it if the engine light isn't on. Ok fine I'm not a mechanic but I guess that makes sense. However I asked several times if they could take it out for a test drive and see if it happened to them. I thought maybe that would tell them something. I was brushed off and told if it isn't doing it every time then it won't do us any good. How do you know it wouldn't do it during that time though? Needless to say all they did was change my oil and recommend flushing my fluids for an insane amount of money. I left feeling like I was bothering them and they didn't want to help me. I'm in customer service so it is very important to me. To be honest I don't know that I'll be back to service my vehicle or purchase a new one (which I'm going to need sooner rather than later) from you guys.

I dropped my car off their for an oil change and came back later in the day and I had found that my glove box had been ran through for god knows what reason and my $20 that I leave in there in case of an emergency (like running out of gas )had gone missing... called them and they had no explanation and told me I personally had misplaced it even though it had been in there since I bought the vehicle they are dishonest thieves make sure to stay away and let others know this place is no good

Amy is amazing! She texted me updates every couple of hours and called me when she knew that it wouldn t be done until the next day. She made sure she had a loaner for me. It was really nice to work with a women advisor.

If you are looking to get terrible service and be lied to Gregg Young is the place to go. If you purchase a car with bumper to bumper warranty here your taking a big RISK because the dealership doesn't want to lose ANY money. They are greedy and don't know how to run a proper business. I know someone who purchased a Camaro from this location and he has been having the same issue on his car for several months and Gregg Young refuses to fix it. He was robbed for his passion of owning the vehicle he always wanted without having any issues. These guys are crooks and will twist their words to get you out of the door. There are 6 other car lots in the same strip choose wisely and don't go to this one. I also find it humorous the company called all of their customers and asked them to put a 5 star review to cover up the negative reviews. If you see this negative review keep scrolling you have ALOT more to read.

Went in for a complementary oil change as we bought our vehicle from gregg young. They did a quick job, but I asked if the tired could get rotated and apparently that isn't included. Any other place I have got my oil change it was. Not a huge deal overall. Then a lady was going through my check sheet and everything was checked ok, but the next sheet said I had a visual oil leak? So I got a bunch of um,um,um. Instead of asking the tech she just said keep an eye on it. So I don't know if I actually have a leak and if I did why wouldn't I get a complementary call letting me know and possible costs of fixing etc bc I know they love fixing stuff and getting my money. I will never go to a dealership again!

I'm new to the area and I pick this dealership because it was closest to my new home I needed an oil change and my blinker wasn't working I asked if it was just the blinker if they would let me know because I would stay but if it was the harness then I wanted to take a shuttle no one came to let me know when I went out to the garage I felt like I was interrupting when I went back to sit down I waited and waited and waited I went back again and when they went to look for my car it wasn't there it had already been done and was parked in the front I didn't feel the communication was very good especially considering I'm an out of state transplant and I would think they would want to earn my service business. My truck wasn't washed and I would think that considering I'd asked a couple times because I had my child with me and I had to go to work that they would have at least washed it if they were going to park it and not tell me as I requested.

They have a sign that says something like " we don't play negotiation games on used cars blah blah blah " the second I saw the sign I left the place. I am not big fun of negotiation situation either however, you can't put a sign like this on your desk that faces directly to your customer. That's not professional at all. I will never buy a car from a dealership who can not DEAL with any kind of customer.

Took my truck in to get an oil change, knew it was leaking couldn't figure exactly which part between 3 all in one area. Check engine light was on, I already knew the issue, girl who checked me in, was nice and all but people need someone who can understand what issues are. Anyway, they changed my oil, did a 20 point inspection supposedly. No mention of the engine light that was still on after the oil change, said it wasn't leaking. When asked if I could talk to the service manager she told me sir your oil was changed, we did our job what else do you want us to do. Girlfriend who was with me heard we just decided it wasn't worth it. If people like this are employed it just gets worse as it goes up the chain.

Will drive to Plattsmouth and get treated like a human before I go to the one in West O ever again. I don't care if they offer me a free vehicle. Only good thing about this location is the cafe.

I work as an advisor and the advisor that helped me out was nice and worked me in, which I appreciate. Reason for the one star is the mechanical work or lack there of. I wanted an alignment and a visual rear brake check. The alignment wasn t done in the rear like I was promised I m at another shop and they told me nothing was touched in the rear. The rear brake pads where also put in upside down. To top it off we were there for hours, which is ok when your being worked in, but not ok when nothing was completed as told.

As a mom with 4 kids in carseats and boosters I dread taking the car in for oil changes. Gregg Young went above and beyond my expectations and picked up my car changed the oil and dropped it off. You have no idea how much stress and chaos this took off my plate. It's the little things that add up and their customer service here is outstanding ! Oh and for the times you do go in they have an amazing cafe with great food !

After taking my vehicle into Greg Young service Department 3 different times to have a slow leak fixed, I was told that my Rims are damaged and would need to be replaced. Knowing a little bit about cars (not much), I took my vehicle to a different Chevrolet dealership in town. That Dealership resealed my rims/tires and I haven t had a problem since. Bad Business practice through and through.

I did not buy my vehicle from Gregg Young but was in a bind with my radio acting up and what I thought was something wrong with the alignment. I called the dealership that I got my car from and they weren t able to get me in for almost a week. I was referred to Gregg Young by my dealership, and was told they would honor my warrenty. Spoke with Trent in the service department that Same day, and with it being a busy day for them the following day, he was still able to fit me in. For that I was grateful. On the phone he was very nice and willing to help. When I got there the next day, we went over what I thought was wrong with the car again, and he listened to all my concerns. To sum up, the radio just needed an update and Trent told me there was nothing wrong with the alignment and that they didn t want to charge me for something that wasn t broken. Right there I knew I brought my car to the right place. Honored my warranty too. Very happy with the service i received and how nice Trent was from the beginning to the end. Will definitely go back whenever my car needs service!

What I like most about Justin is that I sent my 17 year old son up with the car that I was going to trade in and Justin treated him with the most up respect. THis is by far the worst dealership I have ever worked with. They never call you back, trying to get warranty information and they refuse to look into while you are in the phone with them. Tried buying a car from them and all they did was give me the run around. I went somewhere else and got the deal done on another car in 45 min. This place is way over priced on their cars check into before buying so you don't get ripped off.

Overall phenomenal experience from the online correspondance and phone conversations with Adrian Johnson while searching for the perfect vehicle to being greeted as soon as I stepped out of my Avalanche and finally stepping onto my new beautiful Silverado on the day of purchase! Avoid using this dealership at all costs, they are incompetent in all angles. They hid the monthly payment from us until sitting in financing. Paul Larson messed up our paperwork which was to include our plates. Then he got rude with my wife over the phone. Currently escalating situation to finance director.

This dealership gave me NO trouble and gave me my car back even though they didn't have to. Justin is fabulous and I would recommend everyone to check them out. Definitely an experience that could have been terrible but turned out great due to their superior service. Thank you so much.

Our experience with Matt T and Drake M was great. We knew the exact car we were interested in but Matt still took the time to get to know our needs to make sure the car we selected met our expectations. And Drake was very patient as we weighed all the financial and warranty options, thoughtfully answering our questions. The most impressive part is Matt and Drake both listened. In fact we mentioned our preferred way of working the purchase and they went out of their way to honor our wishes. In the end, I feel like we got a fair deal for both us and Gregg Young Chevrolet. We're very happy with our purchase.

My experience was excellent! I had an incredibly helpful salesperson, Ken Johnson. He helped me pick a car that was perfect for me and also made sure I was comfortable and happy the whole time. Rodney in finance was a super help and made sure we had an easy experience. Our sales manager, Alex, worked hard to make sure I got the best deal for my lease. I would absolutely recommend Gregg Young Chevy to anyone looking for a new car! Really happy I made the choice to go to Gregg Young because it's been my best experience buying a car yet!

I went there to buy my dream car and everyone was very friendly, patient, and accommodating. They made sure I got everything I wanted and more. I was helped; by Bob who sold me the car and helped me place it on hold while I prepared to make the trip to Nebraska, both Drakes who handled the paper work and the warranties, and K.T. who helped with setting everything up inside the car such as the OnStar support, wifi, and Bluetooth. They also have a cafe inside and they paid for lunch for my gf and I and the food was absolutely delicious. I couldn't be any happier with my experience unless I actually lived in Nebraska so I could keep coming back to have my car serviced.

Got there at 10am, met with Dominic, I was waiting on a car coming from Plattsmouth, he got paperwork done quickly, but didn't leave until after 2, and had to figure out the car features on my own since my salesman was no where to be found. This is the 3rd vehicle I have gotten from Gregg Young but the first time the salesman didn't help all the way through.

My husband and I over the years have bought vehicles from 5 different dealerships in the CB-Omaha area - by far, Gregg Young is the very best. Our salesman, Wes and our finance, Rodney were an absolutely joy to work with in our purchasing experience. Not only are they friendly but so respectful in what we wanted, with our time, and then some. If there were more stars, they deserve them. Amazing - we are huge fans of Gregg Young and their people - Wes & Rodney particularly! P.S. LOVE MY CAR!!!

Any questions I have he is always able to answer and he always greets me on a name basis which makes me feel like a person and not just a number with a 2011 Equinox.. My husband Greg and I purchased a new Traverse from Gregg Young Chevrolet in Omaha yesterday. We had gone looking Saturday, December 19 and talked to Cody Hergenroder. Gregg Young didn't have quite what we were looking for, but we let Cody know the color and options we were interested in and he was able to find us the exact vehicle we were wanting. Drake Menuis helped us with our financing and answered all questions we had. Both Drake and Cody were helpful but didn't give the "hard sale" so many salesmen are known for, they both made us feel that our sale was the most important part of their day. This is our first vehicle purchase from Gregg Young, but it won't be our last.

My husband and I were recently looking for a truck. Nothing fancy, but we really just needed a reliable truck with a few small updates to it. We had had some issues with other dealerships we were looking at (not listening to what we needed, pushing vehicles on us that were way over our max budget, being unfriendly towards us, etc.), and we were starting to lose hope that we would find the truck we wanted.
Enter Gregg Young Chevrolet!

On top of all that, my husband is in love with the truck that we purchased! It s runs so smoothly and was exactly what he wanted.
Overall, this was hands down the best experience either of us had had while buying a vehicle. We will definitely be stopping here first if we are ever in need of another vehicle!

The car was originally not ready the day I went to the dealership to look at it, but they were more than efficient in getting the car done in a timely manner. They provided me car car to drive home that day, and the next day my new car was delivered by my salesman Eric N. Great experience for my first big purchase.

The price listed for their vehicle is not the price you will pay. They will add on a $400 processing fee at the end. Not a dealership I will buy from again or recommend to anyone. I would recommend moving on.

Overall pretty good experience. However when i was test driving my truck, i noticed the front sensors would go off when sitting at a stop light. The salesman turned off the sensors and moved on to a different conversation. Now, the sensors go off randomly which is unfortunate. Also the heated seats don t work.. so that s also unfortunate. I would probably buy from Gregg Young again but i learn from this experience

Test drove a truck on Friday (3/19). On Saturday I committed with my sales rep to buy it on Monday. Called on Monday to schedule time to do paperwork and they had sold it to another dealer.

I honestly think that Greg Young shouldn't even have gotten 1 star. I recently sent in our car to get an inspection. We dropped it off at 8pm on a Tuesday and expected to wait a day. My husband called Thursday 3 different times and every time the call was transferred and then it hung up on him. He called one more time and left a voicemail with his name and number. Later that night, my sister called and said Greg Young called her. We used to own the same car that my dad purchased but that was years ago so I don't understand how that was mixed up (specially since hubby left his name). The guy said sorry but it's just been so busy and they were not able to look at the car yet. The guy said they will get to it Friday am right away and call us at 10am. My husband called them at 12 by he didn't hear back at 10 and they Finally called at 5 and said. They just got done looking at it. We ended up not fixing it and when we came to pay the guy wouldn't let us and argued with us. Eventually, he let my hubby pay and honestly we shouldn't have had to pay the $140 diagnostic fee since it took 3 DAYS! I would NEVER go back to Greg Young again.
