This is the corporate headquarters of Greenfield Development Corporation, a real estate development company. It is affiliated with United Laboratories Inc. (Unilab) whose headquarters is also in the same area of Mandaluyong City.
This area which was known as edsa central has changed for the last 20 years. The whole area is now green, lots of trees, a park in the center and tall new condos and hotels.
