That is the biggest mistake ever someone can make booking this hotel
Have to say the people who works are amazing they are polite, smiley and very very nice. But the hotel is far from been a five star the food is unbelievable bad, and remember we are in Greece where food always is amazing. What saved me was a little village 10 minutes walking you can eat and try to save your Holliday. What five star don t have room service all night, I could make a Massive list about what is wrong I won t because is how it is. Just don t make the mistake of booking this place. Your money and time deserves better.
Ps we had the biggest Villa.

Been coming to the hotel since 2006. Clean rooms and excellent housekeeping service. Very polite and professional front desk staff with an exceptional front desk manager, Georgia. Rooms haven't been renovated the last 14 yrs though and it shows. Especially the bathrooms with the plastic shower rod and plastic shower curtain. This year they painted the rooms pink. The kind of pink that without enough light coming into the room will drive you crazy. Rooms were also updated with cheap looking furniture that don't go well with the overall look of the room and are also too big either hiding all the electrical outlets or being in the way. The hotel has 54 rooms including villas but only 10 sunbeds at the swimming pool. They offered to reserve sunbeds for us and we accepted but that only happened the first day we asked. Service level is subpar while certain VIPs stay at the hotel. Food served at the adjacent Oasis restaurants is of poor quality for Mandola standards but ok for Oasis itself since it's an all inclusive setup. You can't avoid eating there since Mandola's main restaurant isn't open for lunch.

Beautiful hotel. Staff is amazing and friendly. Georgia, Stefania and Maria are just a few of the outstanding staff. My family and I have been going to Mandola since 2006! Every year we look forward to enjoying this beautiful hotel and of course the MOST relaxing beach I have ever seen. Cant wait for next year!!

This is a review about Cap Voyage and l orient. The two restaurants inside Mandola are superb. Cap Voyage has a fantastic setting for sunset and great steaks, top service. L orient is a delightful surprise. They can cook Asian food, fantastic food, top service and great sunset as well. If you stay in Grecotel, don t miss coming here for dinner, absolutely worth the money.

If not the best, one of the best hotels you can find in Greece. Even when the hotel is fully booked you have the feeling of tranquillity and experience the high standards of service.
