Been coming to the hotel since 2006. Clean rooms and excellent housekeeping service. Very polite and professional front desk staff with an exceptional front desk manager, Georgia. Rooms haven't been renovated the last 14 yrs though and it shows. Especially the bathrooms with the plastic shower rod and plastic shower curtain. This year they painted the rooms pink. The kind of pink that without enough light coming into the room will drive you crazy. Rooms were also updated with cheap looking furniture that don't go well with the overall look of the room and are also too big either hiding all the electrical outlets or being in the way. The hotel has 54 rooms including villas but only 10 sunbeds at the swimming pool. They offered to reserve sunbeds for us and we accepted but that only happened the first day we asked. Service level is subpar while certain VIPs stay at the hotel. Food served at the adjacent Oasis restaurants is of poor quality for Mandola standards but ok for Oasis itself since it's an all inclusive setup. You can't avoid eating there since Mandola's main restaurant isn't open for lunch.
