This hotel has made our vacation the best one ever! ALL of the staff are sooo kind and friendliness is by heart you can feel it! But also the hotel itself has a everything you will need on your holiday! The food is also very tasteful and fresh every day!! If you need something it gets arranged! No one is paying me to write this review, but I have one golden tip for the big boss: please give your staff the credits they deserve!! I could go on and write even more great things but actually we are still staying here now and go enjoy our last few days in this Greece paradise! Regards from

The most amazing place to relax. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are clean and spacious. The spa was fantastic. Would definitely recommend!!!

Overall a very positive experience for a 7-days stay.

We were among the first group of guests for the 2021 holiday season, we did arrive at May 15th.

Two excellent points to open with - service and food.

Service. We did meet only friendly, helpful and smiling staff, it is easily seen that the personnel is looking to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Everyone - from front office, trough the dining areas and kitchen, bar staff, room cleaning, bell boys and the ladies at kids club, is polite, professional and positive. One additional point - all the staff is strictly maintaining the COVID restrictions. Masks, gloves, disinfection - I didn t see any shortcuts or flexibility on it.

Food. Great variety and quality all over all the options - buffet or a la carte restaurants. Comparing to other vacation places in Europe - really top 3 according to my experience.

Were staying at the family bungalow with garden view, in our case it was a pool view. The room itself is not very big, but a comfortable one. Very comfortable beds with good pillows, spacious bathroom with shower and bath. The only remark regarding the bathroom - the lights composition. There is only a central source of artificial light - a lamp on the ceiling, no source of light around the mirror above the sync. And of course there is a window in the bathroom that provides a lot of natural light during the day.

As the areal is big, the significant plus for us is the option to use golf cars to move around. They are available on demand, and driven by the bell boys.

Pools are clean, well maintained. The beach is clean with lot of sun beds, crystal clear water and lifeguard.

As for the occupancy and crowd. We were in May, so I assume it s different from the high season. During our stay we felt like we are very few people around. No lines for food, no people in the pools, always free sun beds on the beach, no noise or public disturbance.

Buttom line - looking forward to come back again.

Resort is nice, with really excellent saltwater pools across the property. Beachfront is great and the bar staff down there come around quite often to serve drinks. Good snorkelling down there. Overall, staff are a mix of friendly through to outright rude. The men on the central pool bar were unpleasant so we avoided it for most of the trip.

There was almost no information given to us on arrival about services, activities, timing of restaurants etc. Front desk staff were polite but pretty unhelpful. Staff were all very Covid safe, wearing masks and gloves at all times. Guests don t wear masks AT ALL. There is sometimes hand sanitizer available, but the dispensers were often empty.
Woman on guest services was not interested in helping guests - she was rude and dismissive. We worked out that you needed to access all info from the website, including booking restaurants (which were fully booked for the first 6 days of our trip, so there aren t 11 restaurants available). There was no way to book the theme restaurants unless you were quick enough to fill a cancellation. Again, guest services was unhelpful with this.

All inclusive cost was reasonable, but the food here is average. It s certainly not Michelin star as some reviewers suggested. The buffet is not great. In fact it s pretty awful. We tried it twice over 10 days and decided to avoid it after very sloppy oily food was served and staff kept hurrying us out - clearing the table before we finished our food. The waiters at both the pan Asian, Greek and Italian were very friendly and service was great. Out of the theme restaurants the Italian and Pan Asian are the best in terms of food quality. I ve included some pictures of the food.

We stayed in a shared pool villa with private terrace (which is shown on the website with views of the pool). We had views of the road and tennis court/football pitch and a farmers field. Room 568 is disappointing. It needs some kind of trees/shrubs along the wall to give a bit of privacy from the road traffic and all the people who walk down the road to get to the beach etc. We had trouble with getting our fridge restocked on a few occasions, and there were used toiletries/ lack of vanity items in our room when we arrived.

Walk to town is good with excellent spots for swimming along the coast. Town is great with some really good restaurants to try on the Marina and some cute shops.

Beautiful hotel. The food is great, the buffet always very nice and varied. The whole area is well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and attentive .. The beach of the resort is gravel so the water is extremely clear.

I think the hotel was great and would go right back. Thanks to mitsishotels for the great holiday

Currently on vacation here with my partner and wow, It is amazing and the views are mind blowing. The food and drink options are great and the service is extremely efficient. Already planning next years holiday back here too.

We have been staying for 10 days in this hotel and have so far an amazing time! On the plus side:
- great food - we love the 6 little restaurants for the day with a lot of choices! Our favorite was the pita! The 4 a la carte Restaurant for the evening are also really great and the service outstanding!
- the views as well as beach and swimming pool are amazing.
- you have a lot of possibility thanks to shuttle to explore the nearby city. We had a few night in Kardamera and had lotS of fun!
- the gym is quite nice
- our room had a great view and we actually love to have a walk up to the top to burn the extra calories from all the great food!

A few points we were not a big fan of: - the towel game is quite intensive, and if you don t play the game you don t have anywhere to lay down on the beach after 11 on the beach. Here the staff should step up to change that.
- the gym could have been cleaner!
- for young couples not so much Party going on but we used the shuttle to kardamera!

Overall we had an amazing stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend it!
If the hotel management will consider the few minus points it would be perfection!
