Dome Realty Inc. Review

I recently sold my house. The buyer contacted me directly, asked lots of questions and set up a time for a viewing. They never told me they had a realtor. A hour or so later I received a rude phone call from Lynn Bobyck informing me that she was their realtor. I told Lynn what time the viewing had been scheduled for the next day. The next day the buyers came but Lynn never bothered to show up or call. The buyers and myself finalized an offer and it was forwarded to my lawyer. A few hours later a very irate Lynn Bobyck contacts me and demands to come to my house to present an offer. I told her that the offer had already been finalized. Lynn starts yelling at me and eventually hangs up. I later contacted Jeff Marcynuk the Chief Operating Officer at Dome Realty and he dismissed my complaint. All I wanted was an apology for Lynn's behaviour as it was totally unprofessional. Very disappointed with my dealings with both of them and would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone.

Terry Hnatiuk is hands down the best real estate agent to deal with. Highly patient, super friendly, always willing to give assistance, and truly honest. He is a professional that is always looking out for you. His knowledge regarding homes is amazing as he is able to look at a place and give clients the true situation. He has become a great friend to my wife and I as we were looking to buy our first home. He has become invaluable to us and he absolutely helped us find our dream home. THANK YOU Terry for everything, really blessed to have you as our agent and will definitely use you any time. Absolutely love our new home!

If you are looking for a real estate agent James Newman from Century 21 is the man for you. As first time home buyer, I didn t know where to start with my first home purchase. James and his teammate Shelby Vincent were there for me through out the whole process and made sure the whole process as easy and enjoyable as possible. They worked with my schedule to view many homes and ultimately found me the perfect home. Given there were multiple offers on the house they worked very quickly and endlessly to ensure I got the house I wanted. James and Shelby were also there for me through the whole closing process and even followed up with me after I moved in to ensure I was happy with everything. I would highly recommend James services to anyone. He is extremely professional, personable, and detailed oriented. You won't be disappointed.

Mark was a pleasant guy to deal with, but I asked for comps of the house I was buying and I was told being at the lake there are less sales and hard to get comps. I bought the house which we are happy with, but a year or so later talking to my neighbour who has an nearly identical house to mine (same lot, same square footage, nearly identical layout and built a year apart), I found out he bought his house less than a year earlier for over 125k less than what I paid. Knowing this would have affected my offer to motivated sellers who were needing to close on my house to complete another purchase. So either that comp wasn't looked up, which would be not doing his job, or it was looked up and he didn't choose to share it with me which would be dishonest. I don't like writing negative reviews but in this case I feel I could have saved 50k or more and still gotten the house.

Brendan has done amazing work and has been super accommodating in our needs as a family, has been in constant contact and quick to communicate as soon as important information has come up.

Roland Marriot is not a nice guy. We are renting a house he is selling. We have been cooperative with him for showing and we don t let him show the house for 3 days and he says that I can t choose the days of the showings which is very rude. I was polite to him at first and he became rude to me. Plus, I m not comfortable with people I don t know come here to show a house even if he supervises because I will never know what they are doing. He is not great as they say. I will never have him as a realtor. He has bad manners, not great customer service, and pushes his way.

Was spammed by my realtor when I didn't answer right away. Even though we were still in the timeframe of our conditions she would text in the evening and if we didn't reply because we were busy we'd be greeted with "????" Bright and early in the morning, even though things were in the hands of our mortgage broker at that moment. Very disappointed. And very unprofessional. When asking for an extension on the house we were told that the seller "Didnt sound happy about it". The extension was then accepted promptly. We found out she had other people that wanted to offer on the property and was attempting to shake us. Awful service. Would give 0 stars if I could.

There agent Patrick was extremely rude and hung up on me. Said he would call me back and never did
