I have the best experience everytime I'm there, everyone is always very sweet and helpful. I always go see Lumi, she's one of my favorite esthetician. My skin looks so much better ever since I started going there! You guys need to go check it out! It's amazing.

Great customer service. Well knowledge on skin care.

From the start from the phone conversation,setting up my very first appointment with Brenda it has been such a wonderful, relaxing, non judgmental environment. I have had fat cavitation w/ the body wrap, love it Brenda was so informative the whole process not to mention she looks great herself. Also the facial was sooo relaxing. I will definitely be going back.

I went to the spa for a facial and I cannot say that it was worth the price. I was supposed to get a microdermabrasion, but they said that I had to include a facial so I did. Little did I know that the microdermabrasion would last like five seconds. I wasted $135, and I still can't see any results, in the contrary my skin broke out the day after. I also bought some of their products, which by the way you can't return and get your money back. I am never returning to that place. It's a complete waste of money if you want to see results on your skin. It's only good for massages.

BEWARE!! Bait and switch pricing. When I called for an appointment to was told that she needed the voucher number for the reservation. In order to get that you must view the voucher which nulls any refund options thru Groupon. Then she proceeds to tell me that theres a REQUIRED additional $24.95 FEE upon completion "to cover the gratuity since it is regularly a $200 procedure". Not only was it insultng and akward before even walking in the door, but the service was also lacking- she rushed and didnt do a thorough job whatsoever. She missed parts of my face and throughout the entire process. I decided to leave only a $20 tip for numerous factors and she actually had the audacity to tell me that I owed her another $5.00 for her tip. Laughable! I always tip 20% of the retail cost however considering the service provided I feel that $20 was quite fair. I definitely wont be back! This company needs to list this offering at $70 since they have additional required costs.

Prices too high. Even with Groupon they charge you for a tip, it is not voluntary. The masseuse was not slow and relaxing. I will not return.

I have been dealing with dark spots on face for years but now I don't have anymore thanks for GREAT SKIN SPA the people are nice they know what they doing I really I love it I will highly recommend to try out you will love the result

Highly recommend Great Skin Spa and I had a great experience. This was my first time getting a treatment from them and it was not only relaxing but made my skin feel clean and rejuvenated. The esthetician gave me recommendations and feedback after my treatment which made it feel very personal. The prices are reasonable too! I cannot wait to come back.

What I paid for wasn t what I got especially being charged fully for the service before I even got the service ( most spas charge you a deposit prior and you pay after service) .

Drove 40mins to try out the spa , filled out
the questionnaire form (seems to me no one bothered to read what was filled out) and specifically told Ms Juanita the esthetician what I bought so there s no confusion I told her I wasn t getting the Groupon deal and I paid for added services but apparently she ignored what I told her

I asked her ingredients in what she was using but she didn t know, she was more concerned about selling me products and dismissed the fact that I told her she didn t offer the service I bought

I was told an esthetician would be calling me however never received a call, called the spa to request a call back and left my # for the lead esthetician Ashley but didn t get any calls back either

I m really disappointed and I won t be coming back

My favorite place in the world! I swear this place transformed the way my skin looks in a matter of one visit and they take such good care of you! Its like a big family, so if you're looking for a place to relax and feel pretty , this is definitely the place to be!

I had a facial treatment done by Brenda (the owner) last Tuesday. I was very disappointed with the result. My face looked much worse than before I stepped in their salon. I wanted to be fair, so I didn't immediately conclude that it was a bad one. Instead, I waited the several days to see if my face would be getting better. Today, my skin still looks irritated and had little improvement comparing before and after.

I told Brenda before we started that I have very sensitive skin. I mentioned that I wanted a LED or some kind of infusion that I had done in other salons and that had the amazing results. However, she decided to give me a peel treatment first. I didn't really look at my face in the mirror after the treatment was over. I just heard her complimenting how nice my skin looks. She billed me $200 that includes two vitamin related treatments, which I don't understand. Why did I need the similar stuff twice? She didn't do what I was initially interested in having.

I was so upset. Before I went there I see this salon has such high ratings and has more reviews than others. I was excited and thought I found a good one. I didn't even mind driving 30 miles one way. I wound up wasting time & money . BTW, she gave me a little bit leftover eye cream sample that is so dry and touches like wax, I can hardly smear it with my fingertip. I threw it to trash.

Update: I am adding this after reading the owner's response. Can we speak truth here? I do not have severe skin conditions or heredity skin conditions. And you know it! All you were saying here is half true half false. If you want your business to thrive, at least be honest. That is my suggestion. Thank you!

I have been enjoying years of great service from Brenda and her team! I won't go anywhere else for my facials. They have kept me looking pretty good for my age - at least that's what I am told:)

I have been going there for a while now. Their facials are the best. I have always had a good experience. The place is very clean and the folks that work there are very professional. I am a current cancer patient and they have always gone out of their way to accommodate my specific needs. The online apt booking is very easy and convenient.
The owner takes great pride in this establishment, and you can sometimes find a groupon. Enjoy your day.

I went to get a facial at this place, it was my first time here, For 40 min they charge me 150! I m really upset because my face is breaking out now ! I will not return

Very nice place, very soothing from the moment you walk through the door. I had a "Ageless Facials" by Lumi. She did an excellent job. Very relaxing and my face looked and felt much better after. I highly recommend this spa. Money well spent.

UPDATE: Appreciated the manager reaching out to redo my facial with a different esthetician. The atmosphere was completely different and my esthetician was able to assess my skin concerns. My facial was customized specifically to treat dark spots/acne scars. Highly recommend Ashely to anyone that needs help managing their acne. She explained each product that was used during the facial and advised me on how I could improve my skincare regimen. Booked another appointment and I am looking forward to my next treatment.

The facial with the esthetician was okay. However, mandatory gratuity ($24.50) for Groupon clients was not mentioned on the deal. Appointments require credit card information and they do not price match with Groupon if you have an additional discount. The facial is one hour and prep time takes 10 minutes. Wish she explained the products that were applied to my face. Uncomfortable when they tried to pressure me into buying their products or other services. Did not leave the spa with a good first experience.

Had a great relaxing experience with refresher facial on Mon 1/15. Christine was very knowledgeable, kind and was a true pro! Highly recommend Great Skin!

I went for one session of a chemical peel and microdermabrasion for scarring. I was surprised with the level of improvement after just one session. I think 2 sessions would cause a remarkable difference. Make sure you won't be leaving the house for a couple few days! The chemical peel's burning/peeling your layer of skin is not going to look pretty at first! But it goes away. Brenda, the manager, is an amazing person with a refreshing personality and customer service is her highest priority. She views her spa and employees like family. What a beautiful soul. And what stands out the most about her is her generous heart! She worked out a deal with my financial situation and even gave me a free gift. I was overwhelmed because that is uncommon customer care. Brenda is a role model. I plan to go here for another chemical peel in the future. And my mother goes here semi-regularly.

I visited this spa after purchasing a Groupon. I've enjoyed the Anti Aging face lift facial for over a year now. It's changed my skin in a great way. You will not be disappointed with the experience.

I've been going to this spa for my facials for a few years now, and I am very pleased with the results. Prior to going, I was very apprehensive about allowing someone free reign on my face. However, I've never regretted my decision. I go monthly and I look forward to that time of relaxation and pampering. Angie is my esthetician and she always makes sure that she addresses all my issues while doing a top notch job.

Great facials (their GoldTox products are amazing!) but don't overlook their other services - I've tried their body wrap and cellulite treatments as well, these ladies know what they're doing. A couple years ago, I had a really BAD break out of cystic acne. I spent hundreds of dollars going to dermatologists. The dermatologist would just prescribe med after med and inject them with steroids, nothing worked! I wondered into Great Skin Spa and got a facial. After the facial, the esthetician recommended the products that she used on my face. I used the Dermacleanz cleanser for about 30 days and my cystic acne totally went away! I am a loyal fan of the dermacleanz cleanser! I have not had problems since! I now live in Georgia but I will continue to stay loyal by ordering my miracle cleanser online. Thank you so much for giving me my face back! Please keep going with your business and don t change the formula, you have GOLD in a bottle!

I have never left a review and I don't like to be negative. However, I'm very dissatisfied with the customer service and my facial/micro. My appointment was at 11am and I waited 30 minutes to be seen by Brenda and my facial didn't even last that long. I have never went to a spa where my skin did not look any better than I went in. I wasted time and money. Lesson learned!

If I could give this place zero stars I WOULD do not waste your time coming here I made an appointment with my friend and as soon as we walked in for our appointment they stated that they had no openings, but we had appointments. And the receptionist is rude and does not know how to do her job right. I do NOT recommend coming here.

I was referred to GreatSkin by a coworker. I enjoy the relaxing environment and friendly staff. I like the convenient hours so I can visit after work or on Saturday. My esthetician Lumi is Amazing and she answers all my questions about my combination oily skin and skin care! I try to come once a month to get a basic facial with an add-on like the lightening peel or microdermabrasion. Afterwards my skin feels and looks great! With my permission, GreatSkin sends a monthly text message with promotions. The text message reminds me I need to schedule another visit or try a new service! I'm overall very happy with my experience and I recommend GreatSkin to everyone who asks about my skin care.

Had my first facial here a few weeks ago and it was incredible. My esthetician was very knowledgeable and thorough in her evaluation and recommendations for my skin. I had a skin of color peel with extractions. My skin is glowing and a lot more even in tone which was my goal. I will definitely return!

What can I say about these amazing ladies. Well I can say they truly know their craft. No pressure in upgrading. They have facials for any budget and the body wrapping and endermologie with fat cavitation is amazing. The first time I did the body wrapping I lost 20 inches all over, the second time I believe it was 16 inches. I have been endermologie for about 1 year now. I go at least once a month and if I can not make it I "feel the difference" I do occassionally add the far cavitation for those trouble areas that are being stubborn no matter how much I work out. When you add all three with a foot detox you can see a noticable difference, well at least I did. I would highly recommend Great Skin if your looking for that A lister Hollywood treatment. From the moment you step in the door to the refreshing detox water your worries and stess melt away, just like the slimming body wraps . Keep up the good work ladies and I will be seeing you soon, hopefully for a body wrap, my endermologie and that new facial that was created right there at Great Skin, the Meridian I believe it's called. But either way I will be there for the body wrap and my endermologie.

Owner personally reached out regarding negative review and showed concern. Giving this place a second chance after a bad experience has been a good experience. Spa has had some staffing changes and the new faces appear to be very interested in being honestly helpful and friendly.

Great Skin Spa is a terrific place to go for your skin care needs! I have been using their products for a few years now. And I really like how long lasting the products are. So for the price you pay is really well worth it, because the products last a long time before having to buy more. And all it takes is a little each time. The products are of great quality as well.

I scheduled my appointment because of the rating not knowing what I was getting into. When I called the receptionist she was extremely nice and friendly so that made me want to check it out. When I got there Ms. Brenda was there to do my consultation which was such a welcoming, wonderful, relaxing, non-judgmental experience. I shared with Ms. Brenda my insecurities with the scarring on my face and she directed me in the right direction. She suggested I get the mid-depth superficial peeling and I love it! Ms. Brenda was so informative and accessible. Through the whole process she checked up on me DAILY which says a lot about her, with her being the owner and all. The ladies in the spa looked amazing as well as the owner. With having Ms. Brenda work on me I loved the energy she carried, you can tell she takes great care of her self. The environment is also really really beautiful. I can t wait until it s time for me to go back! My experience was truly amazing!
