What I paid for wasn t what I got especially being charged fully for the service before I even got the service ( most spas charge you a deposit prior and you pay after service) .

Drove 40mins to try out the spa , filled out
the questionnaire form (seems to me no one bothered to read what was filled out) and specifically told Ms Juanita the esthetician what I bought so there s no confusion I told her I wasn t getting the Groupon deal and I paid for added services but apparently she ignored what I told her

I asked her ingredients in what she was using but she didn t know, she was more concerned about selling me products and dismissed the fact that I told her she didn t offer the service I bought

I was told an esthetician would be calling me however never received a call, called the spa to request a call back and left my # for the lead esthetician Ashley but didn t get any calls back either

I m really disappointed and I won t be coming back
