Carol was professional, personal, kind, and we feel went over and above at times of what was expected of her to make sure we were taken care of and the properties were in check for showings and closings! With Carol's excellent communication, our questions and any concerns we expressed were addressed fully. We felt heard and respected and cannot say enough about Carol! We worked with Wayne Traver on the purchase of our first home. I knew nothing about homes or what to look for to make sure the home was in good condition. He spent time showing us these things and the drove us all over looking at homes. I knew we weren't his only client but he sure made us feel like we were always his main priority. All of the people that I have met who work at GMR are helpful, motivated, and good natured. I find that many realty companies are out for the business, and they put on the smile because its going to bring in business, and go the extra mile because you are paying for it, but it is a breath of fresh air when you meet a group of kind-hearted individuals that aren't just trying to make money. They seem to practice the golden rule and is a great place to work as well.
