Fantastic products as always, really liking the new Ei3016 optical smoke alarm but the earth terminal didn't need changing, especially for the worse, its pants.

Disappointing. Spent 5 hours looking into a basic issue with Ei420 units that simply would not work. Spent hours on the phone to technical who didn't fill me with confidence. Basic products seem to work well but don't bother with Ei420 repeaters.

Outstanding performance from Owen and the technical support team. They spent a good amount of time with me yesterday trying to help me sort out a problem, then, without pressure from me, decided to send me a complete replacement Ei146RC/168RC alarm FOC even though my system was slightly out of warranty. The package arrived this morning was installed by my electrician and fully working before lunch. Brilliant service under Covid-19 conditions.
