Scammed my 68 yr old mom out of over $300 and has not shipped any product and has denied ever getting money, yet my moms bank said dr. Newton s repeatedly attempted to pull more money from her account so they had to freeze it.the bank told my mom they were scammers and now she has nothing to show for money lost.your company is a disgusting scam.
This product is a rip off it did not help my sore thumbs one bit i used it for two months and no relief at all .The company refused to give my money back. Do not waste your money
Thought I would try their CalMax pills which claimed to relieve joint pain. I had a full container of their product without any noticeable results (approx 1 month) so I returned their product. I mentioned that it didn't help my situation. Soon after I received a call from a sales rep, asking how I liked their CalMax and whether I wanted more. I guess one department doesn't listen to another. I told the sales rep not to call again because I didn't want to continue with their product or any other product they had available. A while later, another sales rep called and asked how I enjoyed CalMax. Again I told them the situation and to take me off their call list. This didn't happen and to this day, I keep getting sales reps calling. Stay away from this company.
I have emailed this company 4 times now and called them multiple times with no answer from them, I need my order to be cancelled, my money returned and for them to simply take responsibility. I absolutely cannot drink or eat anything with citrus flavor, and I was not informed that this would taste of citrus when I ordered it. I have been asking them since then to cancel my order and stop taking money out of my account, and they are still continuing to take my money, and ship me product that I just throw away. I have currently 9 bottles sitting in my cabinet, that will all be burned here soon. They have terrible customer service, and the product taste absolutely terrible. DO NOT BUY HERE.
I have yet to try the product but solely speaking with 2 customer service representatives completely turned me of from supporting this business. I called to inquire about the product as a Holistic Nutritionist and owner of a wellness company and was met with one of the most sarcastic and flat out rude reps I have ever encountered.
Two days later I received a return call from the company (it might have even been the same man who was calling to offer the product at a lower price) and when I communicated I was no longer interested he became very abrupt, pushy (pushy I understand- that's part of sales) and scornful. He then proceeded to hang up the phone on me while I attempted to explain why I didn't want to move forward with ordering their product. I am beyond shocked to be treated this way from a company.
I have been using Dr. Newton's products for years and I highly recommend the Vital B-100 for stress.
They keeping Calling - unlike others I was happy with their product CalMax, however, they keep calling me at all hours trying to sell me other products. It is constant. No matter how often I ask them to stop, there is another call the next night. I'll never ever do business with them again!

This is the biggest scan and rip off I have ever seen. First evolve I ordered the five months for almost $200 I canceled it because it didn't work but decided to keep it anyway. Next I started getting shipments of it when I went to cancel it they only wanted to cancel the one time, and I had to pay the shipping back for $8. First of all it does not work even as good as emu oil. Second of all it's hard to get your money back from them. It's a scam I wouldn't buy it if I were you.
Be very cautious with this company because they do not let you return exactly as you think. They only give you merchandise credit and not shipping. Anything else that you get will always cost $14.95 For shipping and handling
This company is a ripoff. Ordered a defective product (Calmax) and sent it back a week later. Got an email stating I would receive a full refund after they received the return. I even have the USPS confirmation that they received the product, but they will not refund the money. There are plenty of other companies that sell vitamin supplements. Any of them would be better that Dr. Newtons.
30 day money back guarantee is not honored. The product was ordered in February and it arrived in August. I was told the 30 day money back guarantee would not be honored because it wasn't their fault the post office lost the package and did not deliver until August. I can prove via USPS tracking that I received the package less than 30 days ago, but they still will not refund my money. This company is nothing but a scam. Do not do business with them.
I called customer service after hearing about this product on the radio...the lady was very rude and would not STOP reading her script to me...When I tried to ask a question, she talked over me and never stopped...She said I could only order their products 6 bottles at a time..for $180.00 getting one bottle free.. I said why would I want to do that when I've never even tried it...I knew then..this was a SCAM!! They also sneak and put you on an automatic shipment...I went online to several places, 90% were bad reviews....I can totally tell the reviews who they paid to go review them....By the way you can order all their products on ebay much cheaper from many people who got scammed into 6 bottles that did not work. Now they are trying to get rid of them online.....and the guy below Mason Albert is obviously paid by them to leave that review....threatening to sue people who left a true report of the product saying it was junk...this is America and we can tell the truth still....you positive review in in the minority....THIS COMPANY HAS A HIGH PERCENTAGE OF BAD AND SCAM REVIEWS!!
Wrong order sent out, then I had to deal with the worlds worst customer service rep, Elizabeth! I ve been trying to deal with their supervisor Jennifer since Monday, and have yet to receive a call. Their calls are recorded and that rep should be terminated!
Tried to order a product and had a demeaning male rep,should be transferred to shipping department. Needless to say I did not order a thing from the company today
I catch a little of this the highly-annoying Radio Infomercial while waiting for the WHAM Radio 1180 Home repair Clinic to come on at 6:00 am.
My My favorite part is when the Newton's Guy say: "Well we're out of time now!"
Do NOT order from this company! Over priced, less than average products and rude, horrible customer service. Did NOT receive a full refund as promised. SCAM!!!!
