I recently had my roof replaced by Anderson Restoration and had an excellent experience. My sister and my parents homes were done by this company prior to mine so I decided to give them a try as well.
They were professional, courteous, and timely from the time we first met to determine what needed to be done all the way to after all of the debris was cleaned up and payment was made.
My roof looks great and I was very impressed with the post job cleanup. I am telling everyone I know about these guys!

They provide moving services, this is the 2nd time that we contract their services and everyone is AMAZING! starting from call center all the way to the local office. The staff are focused and understand customer needs, their professionalism and Exceptional Friendly attitude Raja, Janice, Fidel, Dough These are traits that is challenging to find at companies. Not to say, the service itself, the technicians always polite and listening to what we are needing. All the staff will walk you through the entire process and explain everything in detail, leaving you with no questions to ask. The price is definitely up to par for the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE OVERALL. Two years ago, one person/company owed me some money, I was trying to get the money back, since I had all the paperwork and evidences, I thought BBB would help to resolve it. Since the other side was a paid member of BBB, during the mediation process, the BBB in Galleria at Sam Houston Pkwy, used a mediation procedural step that I was not aware, quickly finished the process, even I presented a mountain of evidences, signature of the other side, and derogatory emails and so forth of the other side, the other company did not get forced to pay, did not affect its BBB rating, only noting the company in BBB listing: "has dispute with a customer, and a collection is in process". Sham on Houston BBB!!!
cannot call the number, says system issue and cannot process this call at this time..... no response to email i have sent, so what good is BB when you cant get ahold of them.

Met the most shadiest and bitter owner of a business ever! Mad cause I didn't finalize a deal with them, they REFUSED to give me my $500 down payment back after I was practically forced to drive one off the lot to see if I could get a lower APR with my credit union.
After receiving this news, I asked to speak with the owner and was told and I quote, "He is adamant about not coming to speak with you." An owner that won't go talk to a customer that walked through their doors now only because I didnt purchase the vehicle??
To make matters worse, the owner AND the finance manager send the internet lady to come tell me. Men?? Nope. Not even close. BBB A+ rating??? Are you ??
Truth be told...VERY nice people when things are going their way BUT as soon as things don't go their way....this is the end result.

The Better Business Bureau provides free services for small business as educational training how to promote had to submit proposals in the proper manner, litigation knowledge on proper contracts and the importance of obligation to customers. The non profit organization BBB is very helpful to the consumer that is searching for a contractor or a business to provide a proper service in a professional manor.
This review is about the lack of sound medical practice of a veterinarian hospital in Spring, Tx name True Companion. We have a dog that has been in the family for over 16 years so when moving to the area it was very important to find the right facility to care for him and his aging needs. We need a veterinary facility that will help us care for our elder dog and if there is an emergency, know that he will be treated. This is NOT the place. You cannot count on True Companion to provide care when needed.
We met Dr. Mintzes at True Companion and she was fantastic! She has been our primary provider since we recently moved to the area. The problem is the owner, Dr. Webb. Our dog recently had an emergency, was secreting big pools of blood, and Dr. Webb was on call. She told me to bring our dog in right away! Our dog has extreme anxiety issues which are in his records and when consulting with the front desk they said they understood all of his conditions. When Dr. Webb came into the treatment room she asked her assistant to pick-up our dog. I let her try but he began wriggling immediately, trying to jump down. I explained to Dr. Webb about the anxiety and told her that I can hold him while she listened to his heart and did her initial evaluation. She instantly got upset and shouted that this wasn't going to work for her! That if the dog bit her then it was going to be the assistants fault not mine! I tried to explain to her that he has never bitten anyone and was so old, sick and anxious that it would be easier if I held him as we have done for years now and with the last visit with Dr. Mintzes and it went fine. Before I could finish the words, she slapped her paperwork on the table, told me the visit was over and walked out. My dog frightened, ran head on into the wall, my granddaughter opened the door and he ran out into the lobby and hid underneath my husband s legs. Dr. Webb told her assistant that we needed to find another vet. Wait - this is an emergency!
To have a doc walk out on an emergency because they didn't want the patient to be held by their family is most disturbing. Dr. Webb was unprofessional, rude and quite honestly I feel she just wanted the money for the visit. Not sure how any medical professional can have a bleeding patient and refuse care?
When I approached the front desk personnel, their attitude completely changed. First words were "there is nothing we can do, when you find another doctor we can send the records over." No one said, " I am sorry", or asked "what happened?". It was obvious that this is not unusual behavior for Dr. Webb. It was then that I found out that she was the owner and that there was nothing they could do, one commented they just worked there. We left, granddaughter crying, dog still bleeding.
The saddest part about all of this is we couldn't get care for our very sick, bleeding dog for an emergency visit- from a veterinary hospital! I asked if they would leave a message for Dr. Mintzes to please give me a call when she returned as I wanted to thank her. When I did not receive a call, I called back 2 days later, the receptionist said that Dr. Mintzes said there is nothing she could do. I explained that I just wanted to thank her so please pass that on. The fact that they never passed on the message and then when I called back it was assumed something completely different from what I wanted to convey is very telling of this organization. I.e. Everyone instantly on edge regarding Dr. Webb, severe lack of compassion and intimidated behavior. This cannot be tolerated in the medical community. It also appears that no one else in that organization can provide care or follow any ethical or moral compass unless the owner says so or risk losing their job.
Not okay, every medical facility should have a code of ethics to follow and no person or animal should be refused care during an emergency. This is why I share my story and report this event.

I completely agree with the other post and have similar feelings about BBB, they are protecting the business and prevent us from posting bad reviews
The BBB is a business organization that extorts business owners for fees. Stop paying, and you ll find out how much they care about businesses. Just like the phone book and magazines, the BBB will be old news very soon as well.
