Customer service was terrible and acted as if I was a dumb girl. I had an out of province inspection done and an alignment. My steering wheel was set to the left when wheels were straight. I noticed a banging noise occurring after inspection and they failed to tighten my bolts correctly on the arm after the alignment. When i brought my vehicle back and expressed my concern I was told it was probably a coincident it start making a noise after the alignment.
