Never again!
We have engaged Graydon to collect an invoice for someone who is staying abroad.
Their salesman talked about a one-off amount of 125 euros and we are insured for collection throughout the year. After we paid that, they still asked 125 euros extra for abroad, namely Bulgaria. We did it because they assured us that we will get our money back. The invoice amount was 3200 euros so well worth it.
A few months later we are told that unfortunately they could not do anything and we still had to close 60 euros. Really ridiculous!

Graydon have the smooth sellers who lie and do not come to their appointment at all.
