Graphnk is the best sign company around in Miami , Had them make a sign for my door, I was busy all day in the studio and before I knew it the sign was already on my door when I went to take a break. They put it right on without even when I couldn't answer the door to speak with the installer. Call them if you need a logo sticker for your door or acrylic sign for your business.

Very well done everything. Forms, logo, em embroidery .... They sat with me one hour. The Owner my did the favor of creating an email account on my cell phone without expecting anything returned .. that for me is service and kindness.

We were in town for an event and Raul and his team were able to work with us quickly and with an incredibly high standard. The next time we are in Miami we will be doned business with Graphink again. Great experience.

I called for a quote on wrapping my new car. The guy was incredibly rude. He quoted a price that was more than double what I've got from 3 other shops. I told him nicely that his price was too high. He literally hung up on me. How do businesses survive with this type of customer service? I gave 2 stars instead of one because they never did work on my car, although I would never let them.

I just need to take 5 minutes to say what a pleasure is dealing with this company. They are truthful, thoughtful, and trustworthy. They messed up on the order.... any other place would have fought me tooth and nail because the owner was right it was partly my mistake, but in the end he was honest and said he would resolve it. My event was at night in Miami Beach they reprinted and he drove all the way to my event site at 9 pm to deliver to the concierge. I not not believe this type of service still existed. KNowing i travel from Europe I will not be a repeat customer but he still went above and beyond

Tremendous work ... my website, the sign of the store, all the paperwork. This is a true line that gives good service as in the old times. The owner was a love, he dedicated his time to help me, to consult me.

These guys saved me!! After another local Miami company dropped my project at the last minute I was getting nervous, as soon as I called Graphink they made my proof within the hour, after I approved the item was made! Even earlier as promised!!! If you need anything printed at all, these guys are the ones to go to, definitely not run the same way as other stores in Miami. Because of them my piece was for a friend's celebration, we are now able to cherish those memories because of Graphink!! Awesome!!!

Way to go making my Neon Signs. I had 3 day to make neon and install for an event in Brickell Key. They took care of it. The owner installed himself and afterwards he saw that we were overwhelmed with some small sign that we were installing. He pulled his squeegee out of his pocket and stayed and extra 45 minutes install the vinyl.. I offered to give him cash and he refused. Raul you are awesome

An amazingly pleasant experience from start to finish. True professionals at wrapping our Delyte App van. They didn t sell us a dream on how quickly they d complete wrapping our vehicle. They were honest and delivered on the estimated time.The work was excellent. It was exactly what we requested. I can t thank them enough, and won t think twice to refer them.

The attention is horrible, the man who attended to me I do not know what his name is but he made fun of me and laughed in my face when I asked him for a job that he could not do, why Mr. is an ignorant Knowing how to do things does not give you the right to be making fun of people more respect if you have a business, take good care of the customers that are the ones who feed you
