Quality linked to the tradition of a legendary house

Excellent butcher's shop known by far. Fine fresh and quality products. Always friendly service and very good advice regarding their products. We could eat on the floor so it is clean. I have been attending school for years and have never been disappointed. Among their specialties: small sausages for raclette and BBQ, and sauerkraut. Victim of its own success, it is necessary to take its trouble on the sunny days of summer because the queue is long, but it's worth the candle.

What a pleasure this butchery where I found my happiness for a barbecue at the top! Asian "coconut" kebabs, a slaughter according to my guests! A listening and smiling staff who offered me an assortment of delicious little sausages. Only drawback, I could not taste them all as there are;)
Can't wait to go back.

Since 1976 we have been going there as a family. Still as good. Brilliant sauerkraut in season. Bbc sausages to die for delicious. Friendly and helpful staff. To advice.

Butcher extra is true! It seems to me however that there is much more mayonnaise in their American net ... it tastes good but too much mayo! Pity !
Why have you removed the plastic bags if it is still to surround your trays with a plastic tape ??? To remove both would make more sense, no?

Awesome sausages. The brochette of sausages is worth trying and I ll be going back again soon! Only gets four stars because the actual selection of product is slightly limited and a bit pricier when compared to other butchers, but this is definitely top quality and a recommend!
