Fantastic customer service over the phone and a pretty outstanding interactive website that has developed for the better over the years (I use the "upload your image" feature all the time). The selection of frames covers a good range from classic to modern; especially their metal and canvas-friendly varieties. The descriptions and profile diagrams are extremely useful.
This company knows what they are doing and I will continue to use them for as long as I can.

I have never written a poor review, but am so disappointed in the product I purchased I feel it's important to warn anyone against working with this company. I ordered 4 prints stretched on canvas, "museum quality." After 6 months, two the canvas' began to stretch and warp, and now look ridiculous. I live in the Pacific Northwest where we do not suffer with humidity, the prints were on my bedroom wall and not exposed to anything that would cause them to warp and stretch. When I called the company they said they could not do anything as I was out of my 60 day return date. I explained that their product was not defective after that "return period," but they refused to back up the quality of their product by repeating their return policy again. Can't believe that in this day and age of 'word of mouth' they would be so unprofessional as to ignore faulty products. If you don't want to throw away your money and have to have another company redo your prints, don't go with Graphik. They are obviously only in it for the money, not customer satisfaction or quality of product.
I ordered from their website picture frames.com on June 13, there was little communication about how long my order would take. Money was withdrawn from my account immediately. However the order didn't ship until July 10 and wasn't received until July 13. I was so excited to receive it. I immediately pulled the frames out-- one was damaged, and two had such poor workmanship including splinters on every corner and did not look anything like the website. I couldn't even fit my painting into it because it wasn't square. The corners don't match on the other frame and the third frame was for an art show and has a gouge right where the corners meet. The damage was not from shipping. I tried contacting them regarding my order. I just wanted to return everything. I'm a single mom who paints on the side to help make ends meet-- this ordeal has set me back, and I just want to return the frames. I didn't get a response until I posted the photos to Facebook. After some back and forth they agreed to refund my money. They do not want the frames back. But it's been 10 days and still no refund(they keep claiming it was refunded through a "charge back" but I paid through PayPal so refunds appear instantly. Absolutely horrible business to deal with. Until I get that money back, I can't afford to get new frames for my customers who ordered framed paintings. This has been the worst experience.
W.O.W.! I am BEYOND impressed with this place. I ordered custom frames late afternoon on a Friday from California. I was unaware that the frames actually had to be handmade, I just was under the impression they had these rare frames on hand. When I called after placing the order to check on shipping times, the kindest woman answered! She informed me that their team would have to make the product by hand, and that it might not be possible to receive the frames by Tuesday and that they would try, but cant guarantee that the frames will be made in time. She also that I could call back Monday to remove the additional rush shipping charge if the frames are not done in time. When I called back on Monday, a different woman answered and may I just say, what EXCEPTIONAL customer service this place has. While on the phone with me, she ran down to the production team, had the order rushed through production and somehow managed getting my frames onto a UPS truck THE SAME DAY! I had my frames 18 hours later from across the country for our work event and they were even better than I had expected! The frames are so sturdy, classy and just extremely well built. Amazing craftsmanship, amazing customer service, amazing speed, if I could leave them 12 stars I absolutely would. Fantastic job! I tend to be a stickler when it comes to custom products and I have got to say, I am highly impressed.
I want to thank Zack, who took my order. I needed the frame for a birthday present and received it within 4 days. The frame is beautiful. I have ordered twice before and am always happy with the quality and the service. The employees seem to care and are knowledgeable. Thank you!
on a scale of 1 to 10 their customer service is a 0!! Even the worst customer service requires some kind of communication, with PictureFrames.com I have gotten none whatsoever. I purchased a picture frame from PictureFrames.com website on June 26th 2020 for a total of $92.07 $22.95 of that was for shipping. Today it is July 17th and I have received no shipping confirmation nor any response to the numerous emails that I have sent to their customer service email address. Nor have I received a response from the two phone call messages that I have left with their customer service phone number that they provide on their website either. Believe me when I tell you that I have never left a negative review on a company that I have done business with online before. But in this particular case I feel that if I didn't leave this review today that I wouldn't be any better than they are, and in my world that just isn't acceptable. My name is Robert Haynes and my order number is 400241581 not that anyone at pictureframes.com actually care. At this point all I want is what I've paid for, nothing more but nothing less either.
