A couple of reasons: 1) They didn't have the exact vehicle with features I was looking for. Aside from that their sales tactics were unethical. I was there from 1:30pm-7:30pm negotiating over a vehicle they did not even have in their possession. The sales person (Mario) was not very knowledgeable of the vehicle itself and what it had to offer. The discussion of financing or leasing was horrible. I mentioned that I might be leaning towards a lease. The sales person had another gentleman (Scott) come out to discourage me from a lease. When I asked to see tentative numbers for a lease vs a purchase they just wrote numbers down without showing the price of the vehicle, interest rate, etc. The numbers were not realistic by any means. I was told I would get a call back later that evening with realistic numbers with their leasing offer, and did not get a call back until the next day. This was a call by a 3rd gentleman who was very aggressive and rude to again talk me out of a lease, but would call back with the numbers. I still have not heard back from anyone. This was the worst experience trying to purchase a vehicle, and I would strongly discourage anyone in ever stepping foot on their lot.
