I have bought XUV300 from them and the service i got was disgusting. Customer satisfaction is 0 % here. In review section, i have to choose one star otherwise these guys wont deserve this also. They make u all promises regarding services but when it comes to fulfilment they keep diverting u from one service person to another. I really suggest u not to go there if u are planning to buy mahindra car. Try from somewhere else, I guarantee that would be far better than these fellows...

Good sarvic station .. novelty Mahindra best show room

Hi, we byed mahindra bolerozlx ,from novelty mahindra. They r not on their commitments. They always do fake promises from last 12 days i m running for my high security number plates, but no response to me. Always give promise of tomm n tomm n tomm. N they also force coustomer to give the 10 rating .when mahindra will call u for ur suggestion n
rating . I feel that i havent made a correct decision to go on novelty mahindra. Ur sales agent sahil, some girl antarpreet or sonia. Make fake promoses

Very slow, customer service good but repair shop staff very slow

Poor staff will never buy from this showroom. Will advise everyone not to buy any vehicle from this showroom. Bad staff never seen people like this.

Very Nice Automobile Dealership of Passenger and Commercial Vehicle of Mahindra. It is a New Venture of Novelty Group of Amritsar. Sales and Technical staff is very polite & Efficiant.

but processing is slow

Its okk bu they are always short of their vehicles but it is also good because we get new vehicles but due to short of vehicles their customers had to wait for a few days .also it is difficult to notice in normal traffic due to trees in front road of the office
