Really pleased with the service provided, I dealt with Ruhel who was very helpful, professional and friendly. Great service from start to finish, viewed the car on the Thursday and picked it up the Monday with the service done!

The services department in this dealership is worst I have come across in the Jaguar range. Customer services does not exist and after constantly leaving messages they still do not return your calls. They have no problems calling you when they have to take payments. I will return with a more detailed report on 2 bad customer services issues.

Very disappointing service- booked vehicle in for service on Tuesday- told they needed to drain battery over night and test it- I agreed to proceed. Nobody contacted us on Wednesday- I called them at 5- was told I'd be called back... no call back- so called again at 6pm. Staff said the technicians had gone home! Received a missed call in the morning- called them back 20mins later- switchboard couldn't connect me to anyone- as nobody was available!- she said she'd email someone to contact me! Very poor communication with the customer, nobody to get any information from when we call them- only an apologetic phone operator! Best avoid this place!

From initial interest to now has been 4 weeks, 2 weeks to get a call back to book an appointment (with chasing calls). From the appointment, the quote that will arrive in 10 mins is still yet to materialise. I found the salesman on the floor court a week later and still no quote. I ve stopped chasing and moved to another place.

Poor service considering the brand and money expected to be spent here.

I have never experienced such a bad service in my life. I bought a brand new car from them and have had to go back at least 5 times with no luck. All they do is to pass the buck to someone else. I have decided to take legal actions against them.
Be very careful when you want to buy a car from them.

I found him (as well as all the staff there) to be extremely helpful and accommodating. No query was left unanswered and I was guided throughout the whole process. Scott made sure that I was given the best possible service, and so far the after sales has been great. Thoroughly recommended !!

I took my car in to Grange (where I bought it) for a service & MOT, and also because I suspected the battery was failing. A few other issues were brought to light due to normal use and all the work was done quickly & efficiently. I was kept informed with phone calls & emails and I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I'd recommend Grange if you want your car maintained properly.

I have previously had very poor dealings with Grange, Barnet, and was promised that I would experience improvements following my complaints. Credit where it is due. My recent Discovery Sport service was completed, following a late request, by 11.30 am on the prearranged date, and Blake, in Service Reception, responded quickly and positively to my concerns when I met with him to oversee the service. Reception was welcoming, warm and efficient and I received a follow-up telephone call the following day to enquire as to my experience (which I really appreciated). I cannot fault the excellent service I received and thank Chris Hill for fulfilling the promise previously given to me. Hope this high standard continues, Chris!

Outstanding customer service, with a welcoming atmosphere. They really do go above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend Grange Motors. I found the sales man who served me - Jordan Newman, to be completely authentic and genuine.

I ve had a Range Rover Evoque for the last 6 month...

I ve had a Range Rover Evoque for the last 6 months and whilst I haven t been overly impressed with the car, I cannot fault the service I have received from Grange Land Rover in Barnet.

Today s visit was my 3rd visit to them and again, the service and execution from their staff was second to none. Special mention to Sandy, who took it upon herself to help me, by not over complicating the issue and fixing my door with no fuss whatsoever.

There s a lot to be said and to be gained, when business don t employ or promote jobsworths and allow their staff to just be real and offer a great service.

Sandy and to the rest of the Grange team, thank you again and whilst your service to date has been brilliant, I genuinely hope you only see me again when I need to get the car serviced :)

Bought my Discovery last year from Barnet branch and have been extremely pleased by their service. Staff are incredibly courteous and helpful. Whenever I go I am really welcomed and my car is always returned shiny and clean. If you are looking for a Land Rover car, you can't go wrong with buying from this branch.

Without a doubt the most incompetent bunch of people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. How they are selling such expensive and high end products is completely beyond me. Even if you want a Range Rover, seriously consider an alternative, for no other reason than you will never have to deal with Grange Land Rover.

I can give a five star review for my recent visit for a service issue where my exhaust emissions fluid or adblue required a top up, as I have a service plan I was not charged. All dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Unfortunately my experience with new car sales was less than satisfactory, having contacted them via email, telephone and even physically going there, I was unable to get any type of proper follow up to my enquiries. I have now ordered a new car through another dealership.

Allocated a car from there by Land Rover assistance. Nobody knew we were coming and it took over an hour to get a vehicle. It had no fuel in and they expected us in a completely strange area and car to find a fuel station within 20 miles. We were not the only unhappy customer in the dealership.

Be careful! Disappointed in the service. Bought a used Land Rover Discovery that we re really happy with as a car. We upgraded as we had twins arriving imminently. We agreed that the scratches would be polished out, wheels would be recoated and a new bumper protector fitted. When I picked up the car the scratches weren t polished out. We phoned to ask for it to be sorted and Grange declined saying they d done the other stuff but wouldn t be doing that after all. We were stuck as we had to take the car as we had the twins arriving and didn t need the hassle and stress. I d consider your purchase carefully in this knowledge.

Land Rover Barnet is quite possibly the worst dealership I have had the misfortune of purchasing a car with. I Bought a second hand car that was supposed to go through the rigorous check list prior to being delivered to me, however when the car went in for an issue with the locks, it was noted that the tyre inflation kit expired in 2011 (before the car had been built) this was noticed only after the dealer ship cancelled 3 previous appointments to look at an issue, the 4th attempt they turned up on the wrong day to collect the car... They never call you back despite calling and requesting to speak to a senior member of staff. I don't write reviews normally, but I have feel compelled to let you know how bad this dealership is.. If you can I strongly recommend you go else where.

Servicing your car at Grange Land Rover is a total nightmare. The service advisor James Smith had no clue which service was needed for my car and couldn't find any history of a service on his computer which is ridiculous as I found the paper work for the previous year which had his name on it! For 4 weeks ignored all my phone calls and emails. Eventually booked the car in with Sandy who was very helpful.

Customer service in the servicing department is appalling. No one ever answers the phone. If you leave a voicemail no one calls you back. My car was in for a service yesterday and I had to repeatedly call to check on updates as no one knew what was going on or could explain to me what was happening. I complained to the customer service manager whose response was you can come collect your car and take it to another dealership . No problem that s exactly what I ll do! I would strongly urge Landrover and Jaguar customers to avoid this dealership.

I have just bought a nearly new Range Rover Autobiography p400e from Grange and had a need to find out how certain things work as the iGUIDE [electronic hand book] is very vague and not user friendly [I have had a Range Rover since 1984] and know most things about the car.
Glen [who is the main man in charge of aftersales ] and Graham [the expert on the computers and the setting up of the vehicle] where fantastic at sorting out my problems. You would have to go a long way to get such expert and professional advice from any dealer.
The way they handled my queries has been "Above & Beyond" any other person/s I have come into contact in all the years of my owning a Range Rover.

salesman was good but after care service is BAD, also land rover assist came out to car about a month after i got it and removed things like tow hook and some clips and never put them back in fact 2 clips are now missing.have finally got car booked in to sort out problem and its 12.03 hrs and they still havent arrived to pick car up and give me courtesy car.They picked my car up on 18th april all though originally booked in 12th April.Its now 27th April and my car is still at Grange Barnet every day they tell me some thing different its a brand new car but they do not seem to know what they are doing, i think car needs to go back to Land Rover for them to sort.

Very fine Jaguar experience. Delighted with my gleaming XF. Sales experience was swift, pragmatic & no pressure to buy. Car pick up was a pleasure. Claire & Riaz made the process a pleasure & purchase of a used car something a little special. Left behind my mobile phone which was kindly sent on.

Only omission was the refill of Adblue which I needed to do myself a few days later. A small error and one easily remedied at little cost.

Nice dealer, great car.

Don t buy from here, they sell cars that don t work and also very unhelpful staff.

My car broke down in the middle of the high way, after not even using it for 2 years. No one from the road care assistance team came to help, I had to call AA even though I have for the road support. They said I had to let them know from two months before if I wanted courtesy car, as if I could know when my car will breakdown.

Since then my car has always had problems and they are doing nothing about it.

Horrible service !

Took it back and I've had the worst customer service and the most appalling communication back from the staff and management at Grange Barnet. Paid a lot of money for a new vehicle and would expect much better service then this. Definitely would not recommend buying from here. Been 1 week without my car now or any car from them.

Lack lustre customer service, but even worse is the terrible work from the mechanics. A simple change of brake pads had to be rectified twice, air-conditioning unit 3 times. Terrible communication internally (except non stop txt's regarding services due for cars no longer owned)and quite frankly they are so overstretched...they couldn't care less. New showroom will be very nice I'm sure, but for my 8th LR, I'll be going to Chipperfield.
