Lack lustre customer service, but even worse is the terrible work from the mechanics. A simple change of brake pads had to be rectified twice, air-conditioning unit 3 times. Terrible communication internally (except non stop txt's regarding services due for cars no longer owned)and quite frankly they are so overstretched...they couldn't care less. New showroom will be very nice I'm sure, but for my 8th LR, I'll be going to Chipperfield.
