Grand Villa Argentina 5 stars Luxury Hotel Review

Large hotel with views of Dubrovnik, close to the walls and therefore, to the entire old city. Totally recommended.

I d highly recommend a stay here. Not only is the location ideal for access to the old city of Dubrovnik but the hotel property is breathtaking. The staff are super attentive and very helpful

Came here to make a proposal... Hotel helped with flowers and bubbly for the room and made sure we had a stay to remember. Great room, great views, and a great time. Will stay again.

Magnificent setting and views. Very pricey, though the location and facilities carry a luxury price tag. Would save a stay here for a special occasion

Stayed here on my honeymoon and had an amazing time. You never get sick of that view, amazing rooms, perfectly located, and the bartender Ivan made me the best cosmo I have ever had in my life. Nothing but wonderful memories.

Excellent!! Good location, spacious rooms with a wonderful view, very good breakfast on a terrace overlooking the sea and a view of the walled city, a pleasure to be there. The extraordinary private beach, the pool with sea water! The treatment of staff is impeccable as in all of Croatia. Deserved 5 stars !!

Rude and racist.
My first day was the first shower was terrible.
I had a shower when the water clogged, so i called reception.
Two house keeping ladies came and checked, and the ladies said guys will come in 5mins for fix the problem.
That was ok, but over 15mins they didnt come.
I was completely wet from a swim in the ocean, and i felt very cold. I do not expect that they will comming or not.
The old recaptionist man said with an annoying voice THEY GONNA FIX SOON.
Then Hang off !!!!!!! He hang off first and did not give me any chance to say something.
I was very upset, I had to see the man.
when i walked to the ground floor there were floor staffs looked at me.
Its 5STAR hotel, right? But the service and shower was terrible. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
First day water clogged? I dont think they were cleaning the shower, because they did not notice about it.
I would never ever recommand this hotel to anybody.
Because of my sister's birthday they gave us the most terrible experience.

The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is not very good.
I was expecting it to be as expensive as it is expensive, but I do not know what the stars of 5 stars are.
It was my sister 's birthday so I made a reservation for a surprise gift and traveled.
There are a lot of hotels in this price range that are not as expensive as this one.
Please enjoy your stay and enjoy your stay in a comfortable place. I hope you were helpful.

Delightful 5-star hotel, stunning room view, great food and close to the center

At this price point I would expect renovated rooms. Mine was OK but carpet was worn out and was needing a replacement with a new one. I could say the same for the bathroom.

Wide open space friendly stuff and excellent dishes. This place is suitable for weedings and large groups such as tourist coming from China. They also have all the utilities that would meet needs for the people who are using wheelchair. I have posted only photos from outside terrace but inside is also very beautiful and nicely organised. Enjoy your time off you stay at this place.

Good hotel, ideally located 5 min walk to the old town of Dubrovnik. Excellent service, but the decor begins to date and yesterday it was a heat to burst in the rooms.

Nice sea view hotel to enjoy sunset over Dubrovnik. Four star service. Prices not too high. Stunning outdoor pool area with sea access and city view.
Spa pretty small with only one sauna. Breakfast buffet is big but has lower quality.

Lovely Hotel situated 10 minutes stroll from the City Walls

Located a short walk from the wall of old town Dubrovnik, this is a fine choice of a place to stay if you are visiting the city. Rooms have excellent views of the water. Breakfast is well presented with many choices. Rooms were well appointed, neat and clean. Staff at all levels were friendly and helpful. English was spoken by all if that might be of concern. An indoor and an outdoor pool are available.

Lovely hotel with private beach and easy access to old town.

Friendly staff, nice place but needs some updates. Very nice outdoor patios and seating. Rooms are tight though. A/C is marginal. Carpets are worn in some areas. Room decor is dated. Some of the exercise equipment is worn. Neat rock jumping to ocean. Good location. 10 minute walk to old town.

We had a problem with the first room we had and the next day we moved and they upgraded the room. The staff has been wonderful and the views from the 2 restaurants and the pool area are AMAZING.

Dominant position on the sea with a bird's eye view of the old town. Neat property with tasteful trees.
Breakfast on a magnificent terrace. Impeccable and attentive service.
A downside regarding the tired rooms which do not correspond to this category, the view does not make up for everything.

Excellent hotel and the most its location, near the old town

Great location good breakfast but not a welcoming hotel stuff are polite we were a group of six couple reserved at this hotel before 7 month for 6 similar rooms but get diffrent type of rooms and diffrent offers at the hotel as some rooms has complementary sweets and fruits as well as massage and wellness offers and others nothing ...rooms are basic not a 5 star standard and needs some renovations

We stayed in this hotel recently and had a fabulous week there.Its a beautiful location and staff were super friendly and efficent.Breakfast choice was excellent and the hotel is kept to very high standard.Room was perfect and very clean.Highly recommend it to fellow travellors.

You have to like steps...
5 star hotel but our room war only 3 star...
Food in the Victoria restaurant was superb.
All drinks etc were a little pricey...but the only reflected the prices in the old city.
