It was Great!!!! We had a wonderful time at the beach and the food was good as well.
It was Great!!!! We had a wonderful time at the beach and the food was good as well.
Such a beautiful place! It is very clean. The people are wonderful. I come back as often as I can.
Most beautiful water I have ever seen. Ocean water is amazing. You can swim in it forever
Not much of a cruise center just a long concrete pier. However the view once on the pier, the water, the overall ambiance. Breath taking. Didnt want to leave. Ever.
One of the most beautiful beaches in the world just a shirt walk off the cruise ship dock. The water here is perfectly blue and beautiful and great for a swim. It is a bit rocky close to the shore but gets better after a few feet. There is decent touristy shopping at the nearby stores and restaurants and you can grab a beer for the beach as well.
Some shops most are pricey. There is a beach right at Port that you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas. Snorkeling is not impressive. Just a day at the beach.
Great get away location lots of jewelry shops, clean beach.
We always enjoy our time here and the place is usually pretty clean. One problem we always seem to have is we don't know who to trust at the beach. The staff on the cruise ship always tell us the chairs and umbrellas at the beach are there for the passengers to use for free but the local population who live there always tell us that there are only a few provided for the passengers and the rest are for rent. When we tell the cruise ship staff about this they always say we are being lied to by the locals and the cruise line will address this and get it taken care of but they don't.
Such a beautiful place. I hope they recover from the storm.
Good investor. Clean water
Clean place. Good for stopover.
Great location with beautiful art gallery and many shops
Caribbean island port. Good place to visit for 4-5 hrs.
The Grand Turk Cruise center is very nice but it does not represent the appearance of the remainder of the island the people on the island are very friendly and are very dependent on tourism it seemed 2 me I wood return 2 Grand Turk
Nice Beach. Nice shops. Not much else to do, but what else is there to do at a cruise port. We enjoyed ourselves. Brought home more sand than we bargained for.
Stunningly beautiful islands with expansive sunny beaches and fun 4 wheeler guided tours. Fun fun fun!
Had a wonderful time. Margaritaville is poppin. That's a serious pool party. And u gotta purchase the clock drink.
Good shops and beautiful beach. Music was a bit too loud
Fantastic port and cruise center, with beautiful white sand beach
As soon as you walk off the pier.
Good resurants and shops.
Very clean and very clean rest rooms too.
No need for excursions
you can just enjoy The beach amenity package for free.

If you are in to shopping at overpriced stores and drinking overpriced alcohol this is the place for you. The shops are the same that are in every port. The beaches are small and covered with seaweed. The shining spot is the "Froots" smoothie shop.
Best place in the World. You pull up at the Port and the beach is right there. No taxiing to the beach. The local guys at the Tiki bar (on the beach) make the best rum punch you will ever try and they have the best beer deals. You might want to stray away from Margaritaville
I came here on vacation in May and December of 2017. Grand Turk is the BEST vacation spot for me because... 1) waters here are perfectly clean and clear, 2) beaches are beautiful with no trash, 3) best place to snorkel at the beach and off the island. We did a snorkeling and stingray excursion off the shore in May and that was amazing! In December, we snorkeled right off the beach in front of the cruise, and we saw tons of rocks, corals and fishes of all kinds. You don't really have to book an excursion for snorkeling at all since you can see a lot of fishes at the beach. The beach is FREE with benches, umbrellas and clam shell coverings. The beach also has lots of restaurants and bars, like Marguritaville and Beach Whale. I liked Beach Whale for their drinks and cheap food. There are many shops too if you are into clothes and jewelry. You gotta come here for vacation!!!
MAKE SURE to go to the van/taxi area and pay the fee to go to Pillory beach, the water is CLEAR over there! Also really great water for snorkeling, I saw SO many different types of fish! There is no seaweed like there is near the cruise port. Other than that, there isn't much at this port
Crowded. Regular touristy overpriced things. But clean and well-run.
Absolutely great beach and turquoise green water. In Paradise. From the ship in 5 minutes on the beach.
Snorkeling was great, you're able to swim out pretty far and still be able to stand up as you can see in the picture. They also have music playing on the beach, equipment you can rent, a nice pool in the back, free locker rentals, as well as a handful of nice shops and bars.
Nice place to visit plus there's a beach right there
Great beach. Lovely Cruise Port. Need beach shoes for snorkeling.
The island is absolutely beautiful, can't believe how clear and beautiful the water is
My family and I really enjoyed it there we are looking farward to go again real soon
Great snorkeling right from the beach. Always a great stop when on a cruise.
Beautiful beach, nice shopping plaza, okay shop owners
Some seaweed but still a great place to swim and relax at the beach.
It's very beautiful but also a tourist trap prices on everything are high, go outside the compound to find the local deals
One of the best time in our cruise we hava at this place noce view of the ship . Beach a litter Rocky but is ok. I think carnival need to work on that.
Beautiful place. Footsteps from awesome sandy beaches.
The place is a noisy tacky dump. 10 minutes ashore and back on the boat for me. At the beach bar any alcoholic beverage was available at 0930 hrs, but no coffee!
Why do P & O bother with this nasty little island?
Very tourist centric. There's a Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville there. Would have liked a low key island run pub instead. The two hour "Coast to Coast" tour was just ok. The literal and figurative high point was the visit to the lighthouse. This island would be a great destination for those who like to scuba and snorkel.
Nicely organized. People are very kind. Loved our driver who took us to the beach. On the way back, he gave us a short tour the island with its history.
Not great! The Island has been destroyed horribly in downtown and the locals are suffering from their own Government and this came from the locals I spoke to. The shops inside the gates are somewhat over priced except for liquor and a portion of that just goes back to the Carnival Cruise Lines and I felt heartbroken to see that much destruction and to hear that their own Government cares nothing and it's the same way with Puerto Rico. Any money that had been sent to the Island's by the US that have been horribly affected by Hurricane Irma and Maria wasn't given to the people of their Island as everyone would like to think.
Would it be possible to add some seating??? Why do you have to sit on the ground???
Margaritaville massively expensive ($21 for 2 mediocre rum punches), sun loungers also too expensive. Most of the goods are also overpriced. Third time we have visited Grand Turk, beautiful island shame about the rip off
Amazing cruise center! Didn't have any bad run ins, people where very friendly.
So clean. I will say I was not checked to get back on. I had it out for them to check but he just waved me thru.
I love the shops and people.
Many of the world on the small beach ... the beaches around are ordinary due to the passage of hurricanes. Disappointed.
Been to this island 3 years in a row. It's lovely... and small. I would recommend having an excursion on this island if you are cruising so you aren't just aimlessly wandering cause there isn't much to wander too.
