Grand Turk Cruise Center (Carnival Corp) Review

Beautiful place, the people there are so friendly.. I loved the atmosphere..

Beautiful place to go. Lots of shops and a beach right by the port for a very convenient and pleasurable stay. After you fet off the ship, you can walk to the Center, or get on a taxi bike which will take you to your destination quickly as it is a pretty long stroll and you will want to get the most out of your stay. The bus excursion terminal is here also, so you will go one your expedition from this area. Have fun!

Beaches surrounding are nice, but I was not super impressed with the cruise center. It has a very tourist feel, which I don't like.

Lot of people and they charge you to be on the beach

I love this place. Clean, great selection of stores, friendly associates. You get off the ship and it is a short walk. Beautifully landscaped. And best of all free beach access and freshwater pool compliments of Margaritaville.

Lots of souvenirs to purchase and the area was also nice for taking pictures to remember your trip.

Nice port facility. Only thing is pretty much all of the shopping is corporate locations.

Various shops, live music, free beach chairs and free umbrellas / clam shells, clean & air conditioned restrooms. Margaritaville has a pool with a swim up bar. This is the kind of port that you really don't need to pay for an excursion!

The beach at the port is one of the nicest, cleanest beaches I've been to. The beach is literally right there when you disembark the ship

Snorkeling was great, you're able to swim out pretty far and still be able to stand up as you can see in the picture. They also have music playing on the beach, equipment you can rent, a nice pool in the back, free locker rentals, as well as a handful of nice shops and bars.

This cruise centre is pretty much the same like most of them having everything close and convenient. There is a beach at the end of the pier with plenty of chairs to relax in and water to swim/snorkel in. There are plenty of little shops and restaurants to browse through or grab a drink and/or a bite to eat at. The air of the place has a general relaxed and safe feel to it. There are also some cool exhibits to see if you stroll around, such as the Splashdown exhibit that talks about how the area was a popular site for NASA's spacecraft to splash back down to earth after being launched into space. There is plenty of entertainment. There are all types of shop to browse. The Margaritaville is quite large and it has room to move around. The pool is quite large and inviting. Food and beverages can get expensive, but hey your on vacation enjoy yourself! There are chairs available around the pool for free. It can get crowded, depending on how many and what size cruise ships are in port. Overall this is an enjoyable location. I look forward to my next visit.

Super location lots of tourists spending their money.

This is my favorite Port that I've been to you have the beach right there at the end of the dock or you can go to Margaritaville and go swimming in their pool. Either way you can't go wrong we always have the best time when we go there. Cannot wait to go back next year.

The Cruise Center at Grand Turk is a fun getaway stop for Carnival Cruises. A great place to spend the day. The cruise port is the center of most activity on Grand Turk and where visitors can sign up for all sorts of water adventures and a few land based activities- including visiting the historic lighthouse on the island.

Amazing, beautifully clear water and perfect beaches!

Typical Cruise Port. Over priced liquor, suspect diamond outlets, Margaritaville for the sheeple, and for the life of me I can't figure out why there is a Harley Davidson popup store there, no bikes just crappy tshirts. Clean restrooms, outlets are found in the sitting areas with US style plugs (great for a quick phone charge). The Friendship 7 capsule connection was cool to look at and explore. Take a tour of the island and get away from port area. You will thank me later

Drinks expensive beware of people renting free sun beds this is common in the Caribbean many people being conned

Beautiful place, variety of things to do before our excursion.

Visited a couple of months after the harricane. Saw the effects, bit it did not affect the day trip. Clear water, nice temperature, and we feed stingrays!

Grand Turk was amazing! Margaritaville has the best view! Beautiful place! I am ready to visit again!

Crystal clear water, beach chairs are provided freely. An ambiance holiday destination.

Magaritaville with their free pool and the Flow Rider was awesome. If you like to ski or surf the Flow Rider is very cool.

I injoy the trip on the cruise and I will be back on the cruise again.

Very beautiful island. The cruise center is where you dock, the prices from the local vendors on their items was a bit pricey however after the devastation that hit the island I was more inclined to at least buy a few things to help the people the out. There's a Margaritaville there and the DJ plays music all day long!
I was offered a shuttle ride around the island from a local person the at a fraction of the cost Carnival wanted and he did an amazing job! I never once felt unsafe while visiting.

Lots of broken sea shells and rocks leading into the ocean so it's hard to get in the water. Enjoyed the water once I was able to get in.

The view of Grand Turk from the ship is amazing. Being there is also amazing (it was my favourite stop during my cruise as the beach was littered with palm trees and had white sand).
