Grand Turk Cruise Center (Carnival Corp) Review

One of my favorite island.the water is so clear and spending is minimal

Duty free port of entry terminal. Many stores. Beaches, umbrellas, Margaritaville pool. Tours and water sports available.

7 mile sand bar, beach day, we live in Florida so that was nothing special for us. 11.00 margaritas served with attitudes are over rated.

The beach was nice, but it is a very controlled environment.

Beautiful place. Usually very crowded, but the ships dock very close to the beach so it's pretty easy to find your way back. Margaritaville is the hotspot.

When i cruise i try to come to this port if possible.. Margaritaville is always fun to be in!!!.. the super accessible beach makes this my port of choice.. not much else there but im happy!!!.. rides into town are available and other excursions for a price

As you can see from photos in the brochures, this place is exactly what you put in front of it.

From the construction pier you walk through the duty free shovel. From there you come in an area with a large amount of shops, bars and access to the beach. There is also a swimming pool which is quite spacious. The entire location is very cozy and easily accessible.

The water is clear blue and water sports has already been reached within a few minutes.

Beautiful island with excellent carnival infrastructure, but there are many rocks in the sea.

Grand Turk another beautiful stop on my cruise. God friends, good food, beautiful off ship excursion. Much to do at both stops.

A good place to get off the cruise ship & go on shore excursions.

Very nice cruise port with lots to see and do. Shopping seemed better here than other ports ... more variety and better prices IMO. Easy connections with excursions.

Umbrella rentals are a rip-off, staff is rude and aggressive. They're price gougers.

A place to do all your duty free shopping. Was able to pick up a needed item and also a couple souvenirs for friends. The cashier was less than friendly, but I got what I needed.

Such a beautiful place, not very big we rented a golf cart and cruised the area. Gorgeous water

We had a great time. Crystal clear water. Shops at the port but need a taxi to go inland.

Spent the day here back in January 2018. It's an okay Port of Call for the day. Not much to do here except to hang out on the beach or shop. Magaritaville is the big attraction here. We were not impressed with it. There were not a lot of people there and the music was not very good. Interesting US space history with the island at Splash Down Grand Turk.

July. Very hot and dry. Water is amazingly clear. There are workers there making sure your following the rules. They take tribe in their island. Everyone so friendly. Sometimes there 2 cruise ships at port so brag your complimentary umbrella and chairs early. Had a great time. Wear tons of sun screen. The sun will burn you. Hats are a must. Something to do for everyone. Theres a pool if you dont like the ocean. Inflatable obstacle course in the ocean for kids. You can rent water equipment. Bars, restaurants. Everything!!

Not much going on here. The beach is pretty but the coral will tear up your feet. Wear water shoes!
The locals will try to sell you drugs, partake of you like.

Not much to do, unless you take a taxi $$.. beautiful waters, food and drinks limited and overwhelming amount of shops$$$

Nice beach with lots of duty free shopping.. Specialy if you r found ho jems this is the place to buy rare Caribbean jems..

Make sure you go snorkeling in the Grand Turk Caicos. The water is astonishing! And the sea is a colorful rainbow you have to explore .

My second favorite beach behind half moon cay the water is crystal clear and the John Glenn astronaut monument is pretty awesome

Beautiful grounds, smart traffic flow through store, great views and beautiful beaches

This is literally the ultimate destination!! No joke!! You can swim with 100 hundrends of different kinds of fish right on the public beach for free! Just rent a snorkel for 20 bucks and you will have the time of your entire life! The water is so clear you can see your feet straight to the bottom! Absolutely recommend this island!!!

Great shops. Take time to check out the jewelry shops.

We loved that the cruise port was not walled off, you can walk right up the beach or out to the road to the local shops with no hassle.
There is a very nice Margaritaville right at the port and Jack's Shack is just to the left with several other shops in between.
We made a hard right and walked down around the end of the island and snorkeled.
Did not feel unsafe at all as everyone was very friendly and helpful.
This is what a Caribbean port should feel like!

South tip of the island. Great place to land for a shore excursion

Such a beautiful place. There's plenty to do all day long. My only problem was the sharp shells in the sand and the painful reefs in the water. But it's still so beautiful and I understand that it's nature and it is perfect in all ways. Just maybe wear water shoes or flip flops.

Great stop on a criuse... amazing beach, clear water, great snorkeling nearby. Clean shops and pool area, very nice indeed.

Grand Turk is beautiful...when you arrive on your cruise you will see the long port, the people of the island will greet you and make you feel welcomed. Loved Grand Turk! So many shops, to get what ever you want.

It's a nice location. Looks clean, bright & colourful. Some local crafts at fairly reasonable prices, some at what I felt were unreasonable prices.

I Love how clean it was here. The excursions were awesome! The staff were knowledgeable and kind. There are no private beaches here. You can literally go anywhere. I loved driving through town and learning the history. It's beautiful and the snorkeling is wonderful!

Lots of shopping in the area where the cruise ship docks. Don't even have to leave the facility. There is a beach with free chairs as well as a pool with chairs. Food and drinks at the restaurant are extremely expensive.

Good deals friendly atmosphere. The glass boat ride was fantastic. They helped my 90 year old mom in boat and showed us a great time.

I was in the cruise center two months after rwo hurricanes wreaked havoc on the island. Most of the damage had been repaired and the beach was great. They offer free access to the beach along with free beach chairs, umbrellas and clam shells. I love the cruise center in Grand Turk! It is one of our favorite stops.

This was my first trip to Grand Turk. I loved it! So much to do and helpful, friendly people.

There are some shops, a nice beach with very clean water. Diving and snorkelling in the waters is a highlight. Unfortunately, 20 meters from the beach begins the environmental misery. Apparently the island is overwhelmed with the problem of tourism. Outside the Cruise Center area, broken sunbeds are simply dumped on the beach. People that's your environment, your only resource. Too bad.

Amazing and beautiful place to visit many shops and fun activities

Everything is obnoxiously pricey and not very good quality.

Beautiful waters!! Be prepared to wear some type of water shoes. Coral is everywhere. Great shops and friendly people!
