Beautiful hotel. The friendliest staff I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Helpful and knowledgeable too. Staying here made my trip that much more special and wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. The restaurant in the hotel had delicious food and great service. Again friendly and helpful staff. The choices on the menu was a wide variety that included local as well as western food. Which was great when I needed a little reminder of home. I highly recommend this hotel. I give it 5 stars. They also have a few stores where you can buy clothes and souvenirs as well as a little convenience store for snacks. Awesome and friendly cleaning staff. Beautiful and comfortable room with a great view of the city. I can't wait to go back one day.

Good compromise price / quality. Large, Indonesian style, elegant, with swimming pool on the terrace on the 3rd floor. Large and comfortable rooms. Excellent staff. Bathroom with tub, complete with accessories. Clean.

The rooms are not too spacious, neatly very clean and comfortable. Located in downtown Jakarta. Standard 5 star hotel food menu. But if you are tired of hotel food, you can walk a short distance to the back of the hotel, where you can find good street, with a variety of traditional and modern food choices.

Lunch is good, lots of choices, strategic location in the middle of the city

Great hotel in central Jakarta. Have a great spa and many of great restaurants here.

If you ride the busway you can go down the rubber stop, not too far on foot. Friendly staff. The food is delicious. Nice.

Management & Securities is not friendly to couriers

The hotel is a comfortable ballroom meeting, the food is delicious and complete for the seminar participants' lunch menu. I love it

The hotel is quite old and need for refurbishment. I also feel their complementary items for the room is lacking - no bathrob, they dont replenish toiletaries. Not sure if it is because of the price though.

I quite like the Indonesian restaurant in the hotel. Their grilled chicken are tasty. The cafe next to this restaurant also sells good coffee, and I also like their Matcha Lattee.

Location wise - not that bad. Can take grab to go Grand Indonesia or some other places.

It was built in 1974. Good, care is needed. I like the cooking ...
