Old building, no restroom on basement praking, dirty, not allowed park on basement except we tell we want to go in hotel.

The ballroom is pretty good, the food is also good, but the pudding is sweet, in my opinion. Strategic location, spacious parking, for prices that don't understand because it only comes when there is an event

Delicious food, & traditional javanese heritage place

Having the opportunity to attend meetings at this place is a lot of meeting rooms, there is an elevator to make it easier to get to the meeting floor, there is also a mosque, spacious and comfortable meeting rooms

Luxury hotel, good food; but, the security system in questioned. My colleague's cellphone lost in the meeting room. To date no news from the hotel.

The location is very premium, in the middle of the city and the Jakarta protocol road. But somehow, the room inside is quite old. Furniture and interior inside also have to be replaced as rich. I happened to get a room with a balcony facing the pool, so it was really nice. It's just a shame, the sliding door is a bit jammed. At night I was forced to lock it, worried that it couldn't be opened again ... :(

The TV is flat but the picture is crackling. I mean, for a name as big as Grand Sahid Jaya like that, the time was that much, I was surprised too.

Another problem is about the parking, different buildings and not many directions, I had time to go around and ask people, even then the cell was still wrong too ..:

Outside the hotel there is a mosque which is quite nice, and clean. Finding food is also not difficult, in the hotel environment there are several tenants / restaurants selling food and coffee.

Another plus, the staff is friendly.

Indonesia really! Comfortable even though the building is not new. Many rooms can be used for meetings. The location is close to the Trans Karet Sudirman bus stop

The hotel is too old and need totally renovation. I can hear noise from the traffic. And i have no impression with their breakfast menus.

The place was quiet and comfortable. The staffs are so friendly and nice. Another plus points are that the place is reachable by public transportation and has easy access to famous places around Sudirman.

The place for superior scholarship interview tests is batch2 but unfortunately not yet sustenance. The hotel is good, the room is well-maintained, clean and very nice.

Overall it's ok. Both of spacious rooms, facilities (kids zone, swimming pool, gym and mosque). Just a suggestion, maybe breakfast is more varied. And the most important thing is to increase again 2S (Sapa, Smile) because it is not difficult to make comfortable guests who come by doing that.

Historic hotwl located in strategic location. You can easily access by private or public transportation. It near bus stop and MRT station. But it was not easy for you to access the hotel from parking area because the parking area was located at different building.
The rooms are quite large and have been modernize, but the barhroom quite small. The breakfast has many variations.

The hotel is good, but there are still many shortcomings ... the furniture is outdated, the variety of food is lacking, does not support gojek, etc ...

When we arrived at the lobby, there were no porters to help unload the goods from the car. There is only 1 security officer on duty. Through the security sensor, there was a lady who opened the door but was busy looking in the other direction, not giving greetings (which is the ethics). Waiting seating in the lobby is very limited. I sat on the sofa which turned out to be the lounge, and was reprimanded for a drink. Finally I just stood in the lobby while waiting.
The receptionist staff did not smile and spoke sparingly. Not much has been informed. Usually the friendly receptionist informs you of the facilities or breakfast hours.
I ordered the Superior Suite type. The room is clean. White and fragrant sheets. Get afternoon cocktail from 18.00pm-20.00pm (you will call your room around 17an pm). For standard amenities.
For the swimming pool at that time the water was cold even though it was not raining and the sun was hot.
For breakfast in my opinion it is not commensurate with the number of stars of this hotel. There is not much variation in the quality either.

Large rooms, friendly staffs, at first we wanted to stay at the room we were shown at 8th floor but the shape was still like an old hotel room and the window was all moldy to see the view so it was very disturbed, so we asked for a choice of another room.
After that, we were given a choice of 10th floor room and it was much better because it turned out that the renovations were finished after a fresh look and the window was still clean so I could see the city view and Jl Sudirman.
Breakfast many choices & tasty. That need to be considered only for the cleanliness of the insects, especially in the bathroom.
The wifi is fast & because we stayed on the weekend so the parking lot was quiet (I don't know if it's weekdays). Strategic location & near from MRT station. So if you want to go to the Hi / Grand Indonesia / Plaza Indonesia / Pacific Place / Fx roundabout, you can just use the MRT. If you stay overnight the next day the CFD will also be very good because you can get up early and breathe fresh air.

Nice food and hospitality and good place to have conference....
