The worst experience, dirty, no breakfast, do not go there.

Can't say anything negative. Someone got me a room here. There were 2 parts (living area & bedroom). The bathroom was in the bedroom. Everything was clean. Wasn't impressed with the throwback TV in the living room. Flat screens are cheap now so there's no reason they haven't upgraded. There's basic cable here. Microwave, refrigerator, ironing board, iron, closet, there's a sink other than the one in the bathroom, and there are plenty of drawers. AC worked perfectly. It was pretty quiet around the rooms. I didn't really come out the room so I can't comment on the amenities.

Well kept grounds. Harder than normal courses because of all the water but very fun course!

I'll be upfront I have never stayed at this place, but I have stayed at many resorts in the state of Florida so that's what I will use as my comparison. I used to deliver for a local pizzeria to this resort all the time. Now mind you most of the time I delivered it was nighttime. The outside of this property looks old. They keep it clean but it looks outdated. The rooms also look clean but outdated. My main concern here is the security. This place is located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Florida Pembroke Pines. With that said I was able to walk up to every door I ever delivered without having to notify the front desk. There is nothing stopping me from walking up to any door without anyone knowing. Even when on occasion when I did go up to the front desk, they would just send me in the direction that I needed to go without alerting the customer. This place I worked for didn't have uniforms so I wore regular cloths. Nobody cared they just sent me along my way. All the rooms are facing out motel style so acces was very easy.

Love this place for their Sunday Brunch. It is buffet style and unlimited mimosas for about $40pp.

It's a beautiful facility, now a little rundown, probably due to recent hurricanes. But it's a lovely property

Don't do it. We had two rooms booked in advanced and walked in on another guest already in our rooms. All they said was sorry let me get you another one. People locked out of rooms just sitting by the doors. Dirty and old.

Acceptable...but the food from the restaurant I didn't like

One of my favorite places for brunch well priced and delicious ... not the broadest selection but they more than hit all the must haves and delicious as well... 5 stars

We only wanted a place to stay the night, so I can't speak for the golf course... It was the cheapest room we could find for the weekend. Beds were hard, nothing impressive.

Really bad service. The location is very uncomfortable. The worse is their food!!! Not recommended.

This place has went down hill,for the past seven years, they need to upgrade everything!!!

Great Experience. At the beginning I was scared because of the reviews, but I decided to take my chances. I do not regret it. It was a nice cozy place. I booked a king bed room and it was in front of the pool; The room was clean and the bed-liners were nice and clean. Katherine is the lady that did my check in, she was really courteous, nice and helpful. I did not use the valet parking and it was offered for free. My check out was done by Michelle. She was also a very nice lady. I will stay here again. The only reason I gave this hotel three stars its because it can use some renovation.

Worst experience ever, not the best vacation when you book a room and just because your flight was delayed and were able to Che k in on time, they gave your room to some one else and you have to find some place to sleep at 2:47am in the morning,

This place is disgusting! The entire place needs to be torn down. I didn't even stay. I walked in the room and walked out! It smelled of mildew and God know what else. I got my money back and stayed at another hotel....

This was definitely the most filthiest Place me and my wife have ever stayed we had there to meet our grandson his feet were black from just being in the room they give you any indication and then we find a pair of panties and I take him to the front desk and they act like it's no big deal my wife wanted to check out I'll never go back you've been warned

This hotel i very old we have stayed there many times because of the location. It looks like an old holiday inn in side the rooms the tile work and fixtures are from the 70's the AC was so loud woke us up at 452 a.m. turned it down and it kept revving up like we had a small plane in our room turned it off and it was too hot; they had a ceiling fan in the room. couldn't enjoy the TV because it was pixielated I spoke with the maintenance man a white male and he was rude basically told me it was the cable service so i asked him if he can notify the provider he just walked away. This place is too over priced for what you get. The positives are the location of the hotel,the bed was comfortable and Linda in the restaurant is a sweetheart. She is the reason we keep returning to your hotel.

The golf course there is spectacular best one in South Florida

this is at best a 2 star hotel just for the location, the room was completely old, dirty, and even our had profanity written on it just like you will see in a public bathroom. Hotel had not fridge or microwave and the bathroom was so small you got to move around to fit. The breakfast was awful with maybe 4 things to choose from. this place fits more a model of a motel 6 or highway place that a hotel that Is supposed to be 3 stars. if you got a tight budget I guess it works but dont expect more than a bed to sleep.

The true reality is that the Grand Palms Golf & CC is outdated; this is an old Holiday Inn that was remodeled about 20 years ago and has not been updated. The hotel is very outdated; they still have Tube TV's, mildew in the walls, bathroom tiles that are falling, window AC units, old carpet, etc. The location is great and is located in beautiful Pembroke Pines with easy access to I-75, numerous shops and restaurants. The resort has access to a deplorable set of tennis courts and a run-down gym. As for the Golf Course, they have 27 very challenging holes that are in very poor condition, the course does not drain very well and being close to the everglades makes it a very muddy playing conditions. The greens are very slow, bunkers have little sand and full of rocks, the tee boxes are unleveled and are not mowed frequently, the carts paths are either full of pot holes or poor patched asphalt work. The service at the restaurant, golf course and hotel is very poor; they seem to have a "What do you want" attitude. In general the facilities are run-down and outdated, I stayed at the property earlier this year and will stay at another property the next time I am in South Florida.

Clean and quiet but not what you think of when you think resort. The room smelled musty, decor out-dated, and furniture worn. Any information you needed had to be sought out as there was no welcome packet either when you signed in nor in the room. Would not stay there again or recommend to others.

All super staff, super food, super, super everything

Let me just start by saying that I had one of the worst experience at this resort ever the front desk staff was very friendly and very kind and understanding but the staff that served breakfast in the morning they were very rude and very disrespectful and always prepared to argue I do not think you should treat your customers in that shape way or form especially when they re paying so much money to just stay in that kind of resort when I asked to speak to a manager they told me that they are under different management and all in all I would never ever come back to this resort very rude staff very RUDE never going back do yourself a favor book somewhere else and they had roaches everywhere

1st room stunk really bad, a/c didn't work, one of the beds was broken. Moved to another room, beds were better a/c still not working properly . Went to breakfast, juice and milk was warm, lady wouldn't let us in because we didn't have enough vouchers from front desk, she was really nasty. Stay away.

The rooms had a foul smell, dust came from the crawling fan. The beds were very uncomfortable. The breakfast could have been better. Cups and plates were not clean properly. It wasn't my best visit to Florida.

Dated, tired, old., room smelled of weed. Not a microwave on the party for guests to use? But offered to rent me one for 10 bucks a day. Had to drive to a gas station to heat up dinner. This place has a great location. It's best years were 1980 something.

Had an amazing brunch with friends on Sunday. The buffet was delicious with everything from omelets, crab legs, smoked salmon and waffles. The bottomless mimosas were the perfect topper for a great meal.

Great facility, with all hotel amenities, great location in Weston, Fl, very clean and quite attentive staff.

I first stayed in a room which was terrible to put it simply. It needed cleaning, the bathroom was really dirty. It needed to be updated everywhere: the shower, TV, beds, etc.

That was my worst hotel experience ever. The place is so old. Outdoor are is so scary. The rooms are old, dirty and smells! I stayed this hotel for two days, because my business trip. I had to be booked by my manager because I m 21 and someone who is older that 25 has to book you in! That was ridiculous! The person in the desk messed up my transaction. He charged me for 2 security deposit for one night. And I ended up trying to get back my $50 security deposit thru bank. They kept saying it s gonna take time. I only stayed there because it was cheaper, and I no longer wonder why it is cheap. Pay couple of bucks more and stay in a new, decent and a clean place. This was the worst hotel I ve ever stayed in. Never go there folks!

Rooms are outdated. Carpets were not vacuumed good. Dead bugs in the French doors. Tube style tv's really?

OMG wow what a beautiful hotel. Very very clean. The studio really beautiful. We even had 1 dishwasher. I highly recommend it. Bus $ 5 us round trip to Disney. It was perfect.

Grand palms is quite big and glorious the serrvice is quick and nice and the rooms are big but they could be better

one of the bed was broken lucky they had two beds. they had spider web on the lamps over the night tables. the towel bars was coming apart , under de air conditioner roaches parking 250 yards because de entrances was block for construction ..front desk very friendly need improvement housekeeping. the most and maintenance breakfast

Great hotel for overnight stay, however a bit old and sloppy.

Ok hotel. Looks much nicer on the outside. VERY friendly staff though. Rooms was specious but the AC made ALOT of noise. Bathtub was not so nice. To bad that they have not done anything to renew the hotel. Was probably gorgeous when they buildt it- for probably 30-40-50 years ago. Breakfast was included but very limited (Continental).

The attention at reception was excellent but the hotel lacks a lot of maintenance. Dirty corridors and cobweb as if I had never seen cleanliness. The rooms all with cobweb in the lamps. And even cockroaches. It is amazing a hotel in a beautiful place and with those appearances. They should give him more love.

I stayed here for the weekend and it was horrible. There is a restaurant ineide the the hotel that is completely awful. Horrible food. Horrible service. Worst food ever

The rooms are rotting away and have bugsband mold. The kitchen is in an even worse state. Don't believe me? Search what news reports have to say about Chicago 312 (the over priced restaurant in the hotel)

Rooms are clean but feel very old. Free breakfast consisted of bread, waffles or cereal.

Poor toddlers were being thrown in pool for swimming lesson classes and screaming for help I felt so bad that I was about to start crying. I don t know if this is just how people treat children here but you need some new employees that are more certified and won t drown the toddlers

Hotel 3 stars, for its excellent location, but if not 2 stars. Rooms with very narrow bathrooms and not in such good condition.

This should not be in a hotel category barely an Inn or 1 Star motel ... the rooms are horrid ...I was looking to have some friends stay there while visiting and shocked at what I discovered. The price was very high and the room was worth no more than $ 35 per night motel room. Smelly outdated and all.... needs complete renovation

I was only there to pick up a friend and went inside for a few moments; however, I was impressed with the conditions of the lobby as well as the scenery there. It seemed like a great place to plan a visit to.
