We just played on the incredible indoor tennis courts. The lighting is ideal, the courts we're beautiful and well maintained. The facilities are wonderful. Only complaint was that the courts we're a bit too warm.

We ve been members since 2010 and the club gets better and better each year. The two golf courses are spectacular and beautifully maintained. The indoor tennis facility, whose opening ceremony was attended by Serena Williams, is easily one of the best on the East coast and that s no exaggeration. The club house and restaurants are all amazing. With all that, the best part of the club has been getting to know the other members and staff through the years. We ve made life long friends!

I was only here for a meeting in the bar. It does not look like any other Trump property. No ornate gold, no pictures of Donald Trump and a very subdued sign, I almost drove by it. The staff in the bar was friendly and very professional, they knew enough not to bother us but kept a close eye to make sure that glasses were never empty.

I called to discuss the Junior and Social memberships to see which best fits my needs. The call was answered by a nice gentleman who connected me to the Director of Membership and Marketing, SARAH GILES.

SARAH WAS AWFUL. I inquired about membership pricing and whether or not day passes are available for purchase. She seemed annoyed and questioned what I want to use the club for. I said I'm interested in the social events and amenities. She then asked for my name and went on to say "Well, you sound like someone I spoke to yesterday who asked the same questions". It was the first time I called, so I was completely caught off guard by her attitude. I explained that I'm new to the area and I live near the golf course, but she made it clear that she didn't believe me.

She kept saying "it's a private club" as if I'm not welcome there.

The right thing to do is invite the person inquiring in for a tour, not attack them for asking valid questions. Furthermore, the questions about membership pricing and day passes are valid because the information isn't available online.

Overall, you'd expect the Director of Memberships and Marketing to be more professional. I'm disappointed and offended.
