luxury hotel that is cool abisss and friendly service

I knew I chose the right hotel the moment I stepped into the lobby. It was spacious,calm, airy, modern and clean plus a quick and smooth check-ins. The staffs are friendly and efficient, the front officr. The room is big, bed and pillows are the best and the wifi is excellent. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights as we were attending the Java Jazz Festivals and the close proximity to the JIExpo is so convenient as the hotel provides shuttles at schedule times. The breakfast spread is good too. Over all, we are very happy with our stay and we will return in the future whenever we attend Java Jazz Festivals.

The hotel is OK, although it's a bit expensive, but if you call it grab / go crazy or drop in the lobby, how come the parking fee will still be charged ???

Lots of wide window that offers nice view in meeting rooms, food is quite various and it tastes good, the ambience around swimming pool is relaxing, located in not so crowded area, but still not far from city center

whoaaa ... this is a fun party place, especially when red wine is free flow, until you get drunk. The food is standard eating on the table, the delicious one might be duck and tofu. The fried noodles are too salty and dry according to me, but the wine is pushed in. It's better if you bring a car or know you don't have to be beaten up drinking until you get drunk

During quarantaine orders we were told to stay in a hotel for 4n/5d. We choose for Mercure as it has good revieuws and we are member. It was the biggest mistake ever.
The food was always cold too frozen even, in a very bad quality. Like in prison??we had plastic spoon and fork. No knife. 4 days they presented 1 portion for 2 pax. It took 3 hrs to bring the second. The room service was even more worse, It took about 2 till 3 hours to bring something.
Snacks, popmie, beer was always soldout. It was the most horrible expirience in a hotel ever.
We complained many times but staff were cowerds and never give a sign or contacted us.
after 6 days we were allow to leave the hotel. They had the brutality to ask 1 day full payment extra for locked up extra from 12/12 am with 1 meal. Sheets were not changed. Bad Bad Bad!!
It was realy a nightmare to stay here. The vieuw from 19th floor was ok you cannot spoil that otherwise......

One of hotels in kemayoran. Nearest with Pekan Raya Jakarta, hospital, mosque, church, Ancol bay, try it.

Stopped here for breakfast on a Sunday. They took 50 minutes to serve the food (we only ordered fried rice and blackpepper beef, and after 50 minutes they still forgot the rice!). You know what else? We saw nobody else at the Plumeria Lounge when we ordered. Only drinks and chips came early. Won't recommend anyone to dine here on Sunday morning, way below standard service for dining in a hotel.

The rooms are nice, especially those facing the center of the capital city of 'Jakarta'.

The place is clean, the high lobon flap feels comfortable

Strategic location of the hotel, luxury hotel, large parking area and many rooms available.

From car parking place at basement to lift needs some time walk. Not convenient for old people.
